My husband made an appt 2 months in advance for his semi annual cleaning. He waited 3 hours just for them to tell him the cleaning had to be done at another appointment. This place is a waste of time. Never been to a dentist office that does things this way ever and they have the same auto response for all the negative reviews they have which shows they could really care less.

Even though I don't like going into dental offices this was the best run dental establishment so far. The staff from receptionist, x-ray tech, hygeniest, doctor and financial advisors were all great.The office was neat, clean and very up to date. Everything was well organized.

The Commercials that you all do on TV is Awesome, but in no way do you all live up to it, you do not care about the customers at all, it is about the money, you do not care about the customers smiles or not. You immediately go for the money, therefore I cancelled my business with you all hopefully I will find a dentist that is actually concerned about my teeth.

I had the worst experience with Aspen Dental, for starters ,the financial advisor was very unprofessional in explaining financial services that's provided their, which caused a hard inquiry on my credit score, and I was told it wouldn't effect my credit, and that it was a soft inquiry. That's wasn't true. I also encountered very poor dental instruction concerning what procedures that's going to be done on my mouth. The procedures wasn't made clear and it wasn't agreed on,therefore I was paying for something I have no knowledge of. I requested a refund and cancelation of the procedures, and I have yet to be notified are refund being that I didn't proceed with the procedures. The delay of the cancelation is a hindrance to the dental attention that's needed.

After a pretty bad experience at the Aspen Dental in Southaven, Ms, I ended up taking my Grandmother to the Aspen Dental on Germantown Parkway in Memphis. The entire staff was so professional. Dr Carter was able to rectify the situation and made my 101 year old Grandmother smile after months of aggravation dealing with the Southaven location. He was professional, very empathetic, and very much appreciated. We definitely recommend this location.

Stay away from this place. Completely unprofessional. Spend your money somewhere else. If I could I'd give this place negative 10 stars. Customers beware.
