The assistants and Office staff were great but the dentist was stressed and rushed. Went twice for an emergency, but would rather pay more for someone who knows what they are doing!

Hours on website are inaccurate. Voice-mail does not say they are closed. You have to drive to the place and hope they are open

Dr Oakes made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I was stressed out about going to the dentist but my experience today was amazing. I'm not a fan of the dentist but I would highly recommend

They are wonderful at Aspen. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They listen to you and any concerns you may have. Best dentist office I've ever been at. They helped me get my smile back and worked with me until I like the outcome. I definitely recommend them

I had a wonderful visit at Aspen Dental with something I was so nervous about. They didn't bat an eye. They were all so gracious I was amazed. Can't wait to go back and see them.

I visited Aspen Dental yesterday for the first time and every one of the 4 staff members I met were especially cordial, attentive and meticulous. Aspen Dental is the most kind and friendly professional office I've visited in the past 5 years, since I moved to Maine from Minnesota.

I had a great experience at Aspen by the Maine Mall. Cleaning was extremely thorough, and still quicker than most dental cleanings I've had. The waiting room and all of the cleaning stations were extremely well maintained, and my dental hygienist was very communicative about what he was seeing during the cleaning, and what steps I could take to pursue further dental work if I chose to. Would recommend this office! Great people, great work.

The appointment itself was ok. My issue is with weekend "emergency" service. I am an established patient with an autoimmune issue. I called 10 minutes before Aspen closed due to an infected tooth. I was told to go back to where I had a tooth pulled. I established with Aspen because it's impossible to get a hold of the practice that pulled my tooth. I had to call answering service twice with a 45 minute wait the first time and 3 hour wait the second time. No nurse returned my call. No doctor did, either. The doctor called answering service back who then called me. The answering service told me I had to wait until Monday despite having swelling and an auto immune condition. In the meantime, my face and neck is swollen and there is a hard lump in my cheek. It's tender and getting worse by the hour. I'm now staring down an ER visit because no one can be bothered to deal with an emergency over the weekend. My issue is with the way the "emergency" service is set up and "handled". There is no nurse calling back. No communication. Oh, and there were kids screaming in the background while I was trying to talk to the on call service. Fun times. I will not continue my care with Aspen Dental. It seems great until you have an emergency and it's inconvenient for the staff. I am now left to deal with the fallout of this tooth infection.

Fast and efficient experience for the first visit. Whipping price tag though and I hope the expense will be worth it.
