I was a walk-in patient with excruciating pain ,and the Kerrville location got me in quickly. The whole staff was kind understanding and respectful. The Dr (Dylan)and his assistant were very wonderful at explaining what needed to be done and why.The assistant that did X-rays was cheerful and made my experience very pleasant. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of dental work

To give one star is generous. But the staff is so friendly and kind. However....Do not go here for dental implants! I started in January with this process, and still do not have them! Today would have been the 4 th time I tried on the wax pair they would make the final product from! Why 4? Because every time each fitting gave me an overbite you could stick two fingers in, that looked nothing like my teeth! They looked so unnatural. Like little tic tacs lined up. Despite giving pictures of what my teeth did look like. Which were very similar to my temporary pair. I was told I could not have teeth that looked like my own. Ok that was my whole reason for getting implants! Not to mention the cost of implants! I was called today and asked to come in 30 minutes later due to lack of help. After sitting in lobby for 35 min. I was told the wax pair was not delivered. They would call to reschedule me. My sons wedding is fast approaching, 3 weeks. I can not eat with my temporary teeth. So how am I to eat at his reception? Or traveling to Washington? I am so depressed, and truly regret my decision to fix my teeth. I no longer have any faith in this establishment to give me a product worth my time and money, that look natural. This experience has been depressing and humiliating.

Had a broken tooth in the roots...called Aspen Dental, they were fast and professional and removed my tooth without incident. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!

Appointment today, everyone was so nice! Each step was explained in terms that were easy to understand. My questions were all answered. They seemed to be very busy, but everyone was very attentive and kind. I never felt like I was in eternal hold mode. Highly recommend! I was so nervous about going in but I left feeling positive about the experience and with a plan.

Don't go here for dentures if you ever want to eat comfortably ever again. Aside from costing a fortune, they only allow you 2-3 visits for alignments, which would be fine IF they would get things right in those visits. But when they don't you're expected to pay even more money for what is basically incompetence. Save yourself money and aggravation and go to someplace that might actually fix your teeth the right way.

I've never had any teeth pulled before this so the whole thought was scary. They took good care of me helped me set up a payment option everyone was very nice great dentist

I had a cracked root and pain was evil. Called Aspen dental they saw me right away they pulled the tooth at my request. They charged me like 260 buks for everything.. the best 260 buks I ever spent. Thank you Aspen dental!

Wonderful staff. Very attentive and courteous. They were very flexible when working with us on payments and went out of their way to help us in doing so. I would definitely recommend them to everyone

Not happy. You claim dentures in one day. I explained that i work in the medical field and cannot face patients toothless. Was told you would get them as soon as possible. Now I am told it is in 2 steps, with 1st step on the 26th of July. This is unacceptable.

You cannot speak to a human. They do not answer the phone or return messages- at least that is my experience over the past few days--a crown from a root canal they did has popped off twice in two months. The first time it happened was several days after it was placed and I actually swallowed it! during a normal meal. They did replace it but it came off again only days later.Something wasn't done correctly and I can't even talk to anyone about it. It has unfortunately not been a good experience to date. I felt like people in training were working on me- I will go to another dentist to finish the dental work I need. I don't understand why this brand new crown won't stay in place-I just don't have any confidence in the work, I'm in pain and I don't need the stress.
