Updating my old review. I recently broke a tooth. I somehow ended up in an exam slot instead of a procedure slot, but Dr. Ogunnusi (and her hygienist) stayed late today to help me and did the procedure anyway. Thank you so very much. This place is fantastic. I despise going to the dentist, but they make it less of a big deal. Hygienists are kind and non-judgmental. They have payment plan options. The dentist working with me here is wonderful. Everything is clean. Private treatment rooms. Easy scheduling.

This place is trash they completely messed up one of my fillings where my mouth is in constant pain can't even eat on the right side , they won't me to re schedule with them because they said they made my filling to high?? I will NEVER let them touch my teeth again period

Dentist is usually a pretty scary thing for me, everyone was really nice, helpful and answered every question I had. Will definitely continue to come back, They also offer third party financing which is super helpful.

Had bad experience Needed 2 Extractions , I counted total of 10 shots on both sides she pulled left one with no problems but my right one wouldn't numb but she pulled it anyway even tho it was NOT numb . It was infected no Antibiotics before or after ..I will never go back ...

I'm a patient at the Ireland Rd location and I love AlyssaShe's very thorough she explains everything she's doing she's patient and helps keep me calm. I am not a fan of going to the dentist at all but having someone like her helps tremendously

The people were very nice but they couldn't even find my appointment in the system. When they couldn't find the paper my surgeon faxed to them, it was pointless for me to be seen.

No call back when assistant with pain needed, too much "stuff" put in mouth when making a temporary crown and it wasn't cleaned out. Hard plastic kept breathing lose after the appointment. Two days after the temporary crown was put on, it broke and fell off the tooth. Trying to contact them on the broken temp crown, no one at the office is answering the phone even though website says they're open and not returning message left with after hours service. Terrible experience. Cannot wait until permanent crown is put in so I can be done with Aspen. I would go somewhere else now if I hadn't paid up front for the crown.

I was treated with respect and care. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. All employees were polite. I recommend Aspen Dental for others.
