Supernice people, BUT eventhough xrays were sent to them and a so called checkup, which dr spent 1-2 looking in my daughters mouth to refer us to another dr. 127 dollars later. Not cool

They are all so very polite and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable with everything they are doing before they take one step future. The assistant is just as nice if not nicer than the Dr. They will bring you a cover if need be. I had fillings today I Hate Needles Hate Doc was so good about it. Yes it stung some but didn't fill anything after the shot. Thank you all today was a good day

What a wonder experience. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness shown to me today. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and helped me with a plan of action. Highly recommended.

I'm 63 and my mother is 89 we went together. We have both been to many dentists in our lifetime. This was the best dental experience for both of us. The staff was amazing. The moment you walk in the front desk is so welcoming and accommodating. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable. Everyone is so friendly And very calming. The facility itself was extremely clean With the latest technology. The dentist was very very gentle. We discussed a plan that would work for me. The financial girl took her time and explained each denture in detail so I knew which one would be the best for me. Mom and I left Very Happy, secure in Our decisions. We are excited to get all Our work done. All because of the People who work there. THANK for All Your Kindness and Patience. See ya soon.

Mislead about charges. Was told $1700. No it's $1820. I'm retired.$120 is not pocket money. Have to say my Dentist was very thorough. With a very comfortable demeanor.

I scheduled my appt several weeks ago for a reline. I drove from Corbin to Somerset. 1 hr and 20 mins.Dr checked my mouth, said yes I needed a reline but would have to be scheduled for another day since it was an all day procedure. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. I feel that I should have been informed of this when I made the appt. Staff was very friendly but I was disappointed in the rest.

Specifically told them that no one would help me to get a surgery referral. They acted very sympathetic then referred me to yet another general dentist. No help what so ever. When I told them I didn't want another round of x-rays from yet another dentist they suggested I swing by and pick them up. I live an hour away. The other dentist is close to 2 hours away. Complete waste of time and exactly why I hate dentist

I went there to get dentures in April. I ask questions about the difference in dentures. Girl with short black hair assisting me. Stated don't know! I had to ask can you find out . The whole experience was not good they put me in a room with other people. With no teeth in my mouth then brought my teeth out in front of everybody and said put these in. The dentures were awful they did not fit they were not smooth the guns were not smooth they fell out when I open my mouth I went through all that fitting maybe the reason was when they done the fitting the first time she brought the stuff in stuck it in my mouth said sit here hold it I'll be back . The the dentures after weeks of waiting did not fit they fell out my mouth they redone them and made more dentures and they did not fit they were worse than the first ones to do not waste your money on getting dentures here the dentist they were very nice but whoever makes the dentures they're not worth it they're not worth your time I've got to going through all that and then them not fit. I stared in April still end of May still could not get them right. I spent a lot of money in time sitting there getting two different fittings for two sets of dentures that I could not use I was just out of my money and time and the second time I went back I asked to see the dentist and the same dark-headed girl was rude to me and said well I see how this day is going to go. For other services they might be good but if you're going to get dentures go somewhere else. Also look up reviews on their dentures I'm not the only one complaining. I'm just out of a lot of money and time for going here.

Wouldn't recommend. It was about doubled over prices and there best dentures doesn't look real at all.

I called yesterday morning with a throbbing toothache and they got me in that same afternoon. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful I would recommend them to everyone. And I usually don't ever do reviews but if the service is that amazing I will always let everyone know.

Long Version: I went to Aspen to get my wisdom teeth removed back in November. Two of them were broken and one had a bad cavity that was causing me a lot of pain. They brought me into the back to do my x-rays and inspection. In total, it took about 2 hours from the start of my appointment to the time I left the Chair. After the prerequisites were completed, I was brought into an office to discuss payment plans. The first quote was for over $3500, as it included about every service they offer. I clarified that my only goal was to get my wisdom teeth removed without IV sedation. This brought the new total to ~$1500. I was then asked how I would be paying. Aspen WILL NOT bill insurance until AFTER a procedure is completed. I was required to pay $1500 out of pocket, only to have my appointment set over 1 month out. I showed up on the day of my 2nd appointment which started at 1:30. I had went 24 hours without eating in preparation for the anesthesia. They sat me down and gave me the liquid sedative to take. Next thing I know, It was 7:00pm and my wife was there to pick me up. I then realized that the procedure had even been started because I "was not sedated enough". They told me that the sedative did not work because I had a beer earlier that week. I was rescheduled for a 3rd appointment another month out in January at 8:00am. My wife and I both took PTO for that day and showed up that morning for my appointment. I was informed that my procedure had been marked completed after the 2nd appointment and they would not be able to get me in again until late February. To summarize: I spent $1500 out of pocket and 3 months waiting for Aspen to complete "an easy 1 hour procedure". I was refunded the money for the actually procedure, but was not refunded the $400 for the useless X-rays and other services that they performed at the original appointment.

This office was efficient and the wait was minimal. Staff were very nice and courteous. Prices were a little steep but compared to the speediness and quality of dentures, fair.

My husband went to this Dentist office and he loved them. They are very friendly and he didn't have to wait long at all. They was busy but he still wasn't in there long. Highly recommend this company. They work with you on payment plans.
