This company is a complete scam. Don't waste your time or money on them. Also if you don't like their treatment plan they don't provide any alternative options. I will NEVER be back and left there extremely upset. I have never been to a dentist that treats their clients so poorly.

Great experience from all, appreciated the transparency and detailed breakdown of procedures and costs. Also, it was great that they were able to do most of the dental work in the same day.

Loganville office SPECIFICALLY- had to leave Great Expressions bc they would not let me take my mask off (2 yrs after COVID entry) and even forced me to wash my hands before sitting in the exam chair. The Snellville Aspen refused to accept a medical excuse for masks. So I tried Loganville, and thankfully they had some actual common sense left. As for my visit, it was great. The dental tech was obviously well trained. I'm in medicine myself, but it was obvious that she knew what she was doing. I thought she was wonderful and am grateful she was taking care of me. But I must rotate my review to an unsuspecting staff member. Mayzie (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly). Mayzie got me from the lobby and took me to get x-rays and even though I wasn't uncomfortable, she has an uncanny knack for making people comfortable. She explains everything briskly and I found it warm and genuine. Mayzie cared about my experience and that i understood what was happening and why. I applaud and reinforce that behavior in any business. And I personally think Mayzie has a bright future in any company/ trade that would invest in her. Lastly, a giant American salute and gratitude abundant for the manager of this practice who allows mask-adverse patients to continue getting dental Healthcare.... not that it's that difficult. Yet, it still is hero status. So props to you practice Mgr. I will see you all soon

They did a treatment plan and with my guardian insurance they wanted 15,000 out of my pocket,before I took a loan out,a tooth broke off,leaving a aharp jagged edge that everytime I talked,ate,or drank my tongue sliced across it,called Aspen and explained the extreme pain,said they try to get me in that day if not the next,but would call me back letting me know which day,they NEVER called me, found a private dentist who got me out of pain and gave a cheaper treatment plan

This post is for my wife Patsy. She has been amazed at how friendly and professional all the staff has been on very visit. From the beginning they have called her by name, even after she has been away for several days. The staff has been super efficient at getting her in on time for all appointments and getting her in quickly when she has needed adjustments. Dr Gandhi has been really professional at fitting her, and meeting all her dental needs. He is patient, friendly and professional at all times. He is especially concerned about her overall comfort and appearance. Michelle, the lab technician, is a genius and artisan at her job. She seems to instinctively know in advance what Patsy wants and needs to get the most from her device, and is super helpful in all the adjustments after the fact. Even though dental procedures are never fun, Patsy has enjoyed her visits to this ASPEN office and actually has great memories of her experiences there. Awesome job ladies and DR!

I sincerely hope this reaches you!! I'm old school & don't engage in social media but MOST DEFINITELY wanted to rate my experience with EVERYONE on the Aspen Team!! You guys get FIVE BIG STARS for sure!! I tell anyone who'll listen that if they want GREAT dental care in the most friendly, organized group of gals - GO TO ASPEN DENTAL - SNELLVILLE!! Ya'll truly made me feel like "part of your family" & it was such a joy to see all your smiling faces at every visit!! Dr. R was more than accommodating to insure my implants & new dentures were to my total satisfaction - JOB WELL DONE, Dr. R!! Jennifer always acknowledged me with a BIG SMILE & something funny to say to put me at ease & make me laugh! Lindsey was always VERY HELPFUL & friendly to take care of things for me! And always with the utmost professionalism! Miriam - Only met you briefly but have to say I couldn't be MORE PLEASED with my new dentures!! They fit snuggly &, are actually comfortable! Monique - What a REAL PLEASURE speaking with you on the phone AND in person!! One can literally "hear the smile in your voice" on the phone!! She's the perfect gal to greet folks with such a sweet disposition!! It takes a "village" of talented young ladies to run such a GREAT office, making clients feel comfortable & truly cared for - like a "well-oiled machine!" PS THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

This place is a scam! Their rates are outrageous and they use pressure tactics to convince you to take a loan that they never disclose as a loan. They call it "aid" or "assistance" but then they want your debit card for a 5k loan (again they don't call it a loan). I found unnecessary treatments in my plan and when I pointed it out they said "oh I'm sorry you feel that way". You're sorry for attempting to charge me for something that can't be done? Never go here!

The staff was very friendly. They made me feel at ease and my feelings important. Dr Park and his assistant Ms Derbies were the best ,Great job. I will definitely return for more services. I will recommend this office to friends and family.

Terrible organization of this office. We were given information forms with the wrong patient address and told not to worry about a Syracuse, NY address when we live in Snellville. We were contacted several times prior to the appointment and then waited 45 min. to be taken back for xrays. Then put in an exam room and waited nearly an hour for anyone to come in. The dentist was in first and then the only dental hygeinist in that busy office came in over an hour after sitting in the exam chair. the dental hygeinist wouldn't do a regular cleaning saying I had to have deep cleaning at the cost of $579 over and above the dental insurance coverage. My husband was being seen as well. We left after 2 hours of no service. All we wanted was our 6 month cleaning. We will not darken their door again!

My experience with Aspen Dental as been nothing short of poor. They are not good with communication and focus more on money being spent rather than your reason for being there. Poor staff management and office operations. Choose another provider thats my advice.

My husband came there they worked up a plan cleaning at 250.00 so he goes to the appointment the hygienist gets ready gives him about 5 shots an instead of a regular cleaning she starts the scaling of the gums So they charged 470 went back for next appointment an they said it would be 900.I said no an they never did the regular cleaning but charged us becarefull people watch your finances someone needs to be responsible for refunding the 250.00 dollars for services not received
