If could leave 0 starts I would, they would check your insurance and then they charge you for extra fees, that were not priprlt disclosed. They should disclose how much you have to pay on top of your insurance.

Wait time was forever long in the lobby. After being called back, did X-rays, and then played the waiting game even more. Ended up being there from 9:15-1:00! Ridiculous! I will never go back there again!

They lied about the condition of my tooth. Said they could fill it and it would be fine. Halfway through the procedure, they tell me I'll need a crown instead. I wish they would have been honest so I could of got it pulled then instead. Now I'm in pain again and wasted money.

Horrible and unprofessional! My dad had an appointment today and yesterday I got a call from them saying they had to cancel the appointment because they double booked. Well how is that our fault. She said they changed the staff ok and we made that appointment a few month ago. What is that has to do with his appointment??! I just don't understand. Mind you this is not the first time they do this. Then she proceeds to tell me that the next appointment with the same time he had today is not until November 28. He will not be going back. I advise everyone not to go to them.

I do not understand that the treatment for being Hispanic is different? they are not giving me anything and the work of my mouth was very bad I am very depressed with all this now they do not even answer me and they cancel my appointments

I came in a month ago with inexplicable pain and they were able to make a next day appointment. It turns out I had a tooth infection and needed a root canal. Charles Meredith and his team are wonderful - they will remember me because I am the " is it going to hurt" girl. They were patient towards my anxiety and didn't make me feel alienated. The experience was made better because of everyone who handled me. Thank you Charles and team, make sure they get this message.

UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE! While getting my teeth cleaned at Aspen dental on Oct.4, I received an untrained and unprofessional newly graduated dental hygienist with no experience cleaning teeth at all. The new dental hygienist did even know how to work or grab the tools. She was skipping my teeth moving from side to side up and down in a random cleaning order. I recommend not wasting your money going to Aspen dental 440 Sam Ridley Pkwy W Ste 140, Smyrna, TN 37167.

Made and appointment for a soft alignment on my denture and an adjustment on a partial. ( the partial will not stay in) can't eat with it, it's cheaply made and I'll add it was made by them and cost me a fortune After being there an hour and a half awaiting to be seen the office manager comes in and says sorry they can't see you today I can put you down for another day. No you're not I took half the day off without pay for this appointment now you're asking me to take another half day off without pay. I don't think so. Stay away from this place. Run away far far away. Over priced and cheaply made products bad customer service!

There is no clear communication at this office, and their actions are done with zero thought to the immediate impact it has on their patients. They overcharged me $2,700 (did not give me a receipt), and my credit score dropped 70 points. And then they issued a refund that care credit says they don't see and could take 30 days to process. Don't finance with them. Their office personnel are nice and that's the only plus.

Very pleasant experience from reception to check out. The xray tech, finance manager and the Dentist were all accommodating and professional. They helped make my visit less stressful. If you are looking for good care give them a try.

WORST LOCATION .I went there for cleaning and made a payment includes my deductible( as I was told by the person works at the office ) then I receive a bill of $60 some sort of shortage due. I went for my next cleaning it went to $160 i asked why the lady said some CODE she doesn't know then the next time i went there they asked me for my deductible again (which is $100) even tho I paid for it the first time I went there also when my insurance paid for it. They refuse to offer me service or any reasonable explanations also I was treated poorly by the front desk lady her name is (TAYLOR) she had her leg on her lap while talking to me out loud infront of all the customers in the lobby (letting them know my business ) I even ask to speak to a different person high than her she said "I'm the assistant manager you will have to deal with me" knowing her office Manger sitting on the desk right behind her at the same time .. I don't recommend aspen dental to any one. their rates are high compared to others and their customer service is poorly represented. ALSO THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE REPLYS IS INVALID (SCAM)
