Absolutely terrible experience, the only positive thing I would have to say is the people at the front desk are very nice. The dentist is incredibly rude and unhelpful . Went in to get teeth pulled and basically got questioned the whole time about why I shouldnt get them pulled but also I couldn't afford to hand them a few thousand dollars up front for a root canal . They also don't take in consideration any health issues you have before coming in, which has alot to do with my review . Then when I called and asked to change to a different dentist because of everything that happened. The when I got there it was the same dentist . If they try to offer you a payment don't do it because the also don't mention the check your credit and sign you up for a credit card . They also charges me the wrong amount. The only reason why I found that out was about 6 months later I had money put back into my bank account. When I called the Financial Department of ask what happened they told me I was overcharged. Overall and absolutely terrible place and experience. I would not recommend coming here.

Made an appointment asked if they took my insurance they said yes. I show up to my appointment they said they do not take my insurance un professional to say the least.

I cannot express enough how great everyone is at this location. From reception, to the assistants, to doctors, all the way to the consultant. Came in needing an emergency extraction and they did everything in their power to get me in same day. I appreciate everything you did for me today, to the entire staff at the Aspen Dental in Smithfield. :)

I went in to have a filling done and did not have to wait long before I was taken in. The filling took a half hour for them to complete. And my insurance covered the procedure.

I made an appointment at Aspen Dental because I was having a problem with a upper partial which broke also my 3 upper teeth on the left were hurting. I am so glad I made the appointment with Aspen Dental because they told me that the upper partial was not the correct one they told me what actually had to be done, I was even set up for a payment plan which I was extremely happy about, I wish I had gone to Aspen Dental in the beginning and I wouldn't of had to worry about having to get a new upper plate. All I can say is everyone was so kind and answered any questions that I may of had. I would definitely recommend to all my friends that if they are having problems with their teeth they should definitely go to Aspen Dental they definitely will not be disappointed.

As someone with extreme dental anxiety, the staff made sure to take good care of me and be gentle yet thorough. Also, the front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. I am happy to be a new patient.

They took me right away last second for a tooth extraction. I was nervous after hearing other people's experiences getting teeth pulled. Now I will forever recommend this office for extractions because I had a near painless experience. Thank you for everything.

Poor. On the first visit, they were 30 minutes late, telling me that they were short staffed. On my second visit, they told me they were running 30 minutes late again- I left. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Inconsistent, won't prescribe pain medicine when needed, it's not a personal experience you would get from a small non chain dental clinic , it's the Mac Donald's of dentistry!

I went there with no insurance after not going to the dentist for over 20 years. I was blown away at the kindness and genuine care that I was given. Everybody went above and beyond to help me out and told me to get insurance so I could have more work done. The next step is straightening and I am beyond happy about that, thank you Aspen Dental for all of your help I will continue to go there and highly recommend anybody else! I'd give 4 stars but not because of any problems with staff or service. It was because the restroom was clean up on my arrival. I brought in to someone's attention and she took care of it immediately. As far as staff and service I give 5 stars. From the receptionist to the Doctor all were very professional. They did try to upsell a couple of things but I'm sure that's part of their job working for a company. It doesn't mean you have to buy. They accomplished what I went in for, a broken tooth removal, without any problems, so I'm happy. The best part was that they could see me the very next morning after I called. The girl who took all my X-rays was super nice and kept me informed every step of the way....from what was next, to who I would be seeing next. (I forgot her name) but Awesome job. Dr Sutton was very professional as was Sharon the hygenist. It was a stubborn tooth he had to struggle with a bit but he got it all out. He was also thorough with at home follow up care instructions. I will be going back for a cleaning in a couple of months. Looking forward to it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful The exam was very complete. I was very impressed by their performance. I hate xrays and usually have a painful experience but with the equipment they used I had no discomfort. My cleaning was painless I say that because I usually had really painful cleanings. My teeth were noticeable whiter after the cleaning. I am a very poor patient and a big baby and I was totally treated very painless best dentist appointment ever.

Everyone was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Great experience. The fish were really pretty as well.
