They're quick and spirited. Good prices and transparent. Hygienist Ahn is very thorough and is always happy to answer questions and discuss things with me, I just love her enthusiasm. Also Dr. Mena is super caring and attentive. I want to give a big thank you to the whole team at Aspen for making everything so easy and comfortable. I always go here for cleanings and also got my Invisalign here.

Dave,Anh and Dr Mena we're all Amazing! I definitely enjoyed my experience with them from beginning to end. They made sure I was comfortable and kept me calm even though I was a bit nervous!

It took 2 hours for the initial consult. I just wanted to know how much it would cause for wisdom tooth extraction and was told I had to come into for an initial consult, which I thought would take 30 to 40 minutes, an hour max. I got there around 5:45 for my appointment at 6, wasn't seen until at least 15 after and paid for the visit at 7:46. I appreciate the thoroughness, but I don't want to have to sit in an dentist's office for 2 hours to not even get any work done after working all day. Adding stars only because everyone was pleasant, and they do have after 5 PM hours.

Horrible. Don't go here. It's a rip off. $5,076. I just wanted a cleaning. I thought this place would be perfect for that. But no...I need $1551 for a cleaning and they couldn't service me with the one I want?!

Very amazing. The experience was great. They were able to get my son in on a short notice to get his filling before he went off to college. Very fast and smooth The only thing I was alittle shocked on was the price

I have been a patient under aspen dental for almost 3 years and i have no regret on being under their care. The staff are so amazing and knowledgeable! special mention of course to my surgeon dr.sharma and dr. mehta who were awesome doctors! Today, i have brought my mom here to have a comprehensive check up and they treated my mom with utmost care and respect! kudos to the staff especially to Sam who attended my mom well, for being so accomodating in her needs .To Barb who was so careful in making some denture impressions To Ann the hygienist who is so full of energy and enthusiasm to care her patients in providing a clean teeth ! to dr. Bhattal who checked and explained to my mom thoroughly thank you so much! lastly to Ana who is laying out all the options in terms of the financial aspects. thank you so much! you guys are great!! keep it up!

Poor results. I came in for whiter veneers and they ended up giving me veneers matching my current teeth. The veneers actually had to be replaced as well the week after because they were falling off. I was told we could work towards changing them out after my implants are done, etc so everything is one color. Now since I want to go to another dentist I'm being refused a refund even though I mentioned I wasn't happy with the results after they were in. They failed 2 implants and through each iteration of procedures (implants and a bone graph) I had 3 different surgeons (due to turn over) that had negative comments about the previous surgeons work (not bad mouthing but more "I don't know why they would do that"). Also, I requested X-Rays as I moved to a new dentist. They sent me X-Rays of other patients ? See attached. Since I have to get everything redone, I requested a refund and they are currently denying this so I have to proceed via other methods which is going to be a strung out process. I highly recommend another dental office.

My experience at Aspen Dental's Skokie location was amazing. From booking an emergency appointment to finishing up that appointment. Everyone was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in resolving my problem as painlessly as possible. It was the best dental experience I've ever had.
