I came in for a cavity and dentist and tech were amazing and funny.. I have been coming to Aspen Dental for years living all over the country. and I would say by far this location. The tech Jessica was amazing and funny. Hung out and talked while waiting for Novocain to kick in. Highly recommend 41st street location

Drove up from Texas to work for a couple of months with my company and was in need of a dental check up. Larissa was very attentive and helpful when I walked in. Jessica was very kind and tried her best to keep me calm and very informative. Katie was one for the sweetest hygienist I have ever met. She explained things in detailed and went out her way to help me understand insurance coverages and procedures. Definitely a great experience!

Aspen Dental is a good place to go they welcome me and made me feel comfortable there and they did a good job taking my wisdom tooth out

The entire staff is fantastic, from Derick at the front desk, to Kelley in Xray and scan, Katie the hygienist, Rose in payments/billing, to Dr. Machi. They work well as a team and are, individually, stellar at what they each do. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the staff & treatment!!! Year's in and my happiness for a "decent smile" has disappeared. For as much as I or anyone pays, I should be THRILLED until cremation.

Might be fine if you can actually get in. After they made me reschedule twice because online calendar doesn't actually match what they really do and then they just randomly decided not to work the day of my appointment, I decided I'm done with them. Not a great first impression.

My most impressive experience is/was all the staff including dentist, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned to my needs. I was very impressed. Recommend this office very highly.

Absolutely saved the day for me! Everyone from the receptionist that checked me in,the office girls in x-ray to the Doc and his assistant!! I had a bad tooth the 2 other Dentist advised going to an oral surgeon, After x-ray and exam fees! Aspen Dental had me in and the tooth in about an hour, with the local antistatic it was painless! Uncomfortable at times. But considering how felt when I came, And how I feel today, so glad I stopped there.

The staff were very friendly, and all did a great job. I felt that they really care about my teeth. They explained everything to me and were not worried about getting me out of there to get the next person in. Special thanks to Dr Machi, Larrissa, Kelley and Andrea.

I went in for a cleaning and they ended up giving me an infection and the prices were unreal. I definitely won't recommend to anyone. Please sterilize your tools better next time...

First time customer, hadn't had dental work done for a while. Great service. Very knowledgeable technicians which informed me. The doctor made me feel comfortable and confident in the play they had set forth for me. They took x-rays and made a plan to get my teeth back on track. Had my wisdom teeth removed by their oral surgeon that they scheduled. Very professional surgeon, his staff and he moved like clockwork. The office staff is very friendly and they keep things moving ensuring you are comfortable and know what is happening and will be happening. Also have great financial options.

I wish I could just give this place negative star. I agree with other comments, that they don't send your claims to Insurance company. It has happened with me I payed my co-pay around 700$ after I got my services done and then 1yr later I received a bill from them of 1000$ from the same service Date that I have already paid, when I reached out to my health insurance they told me that aspen had never submitted a claim with them. But still my insurance was nice and they are trying to settle with aspen directly because I was tired of calling aspen and emailing them. On top of that services are a joke, they are extremely expensive and not worth it. They want to charge you a-lot for nothing and add as much as treatment they can so that your bill is very high. Beware, they will charge you not your insurance. If the owner is reading the comment, please stop scamming and taking hard earned money for services. If you comment here to reach out to your customer service, i already did and they never reverted back to me as per your 48hour policy.

I was beyond impressed. So a couple years ago I went into my regular dentist because I had bad tooth pain on the tooth next to my wisdom tooth, well my regular dentist I had been going to for 20 plus years said I needed an oral surgeon to pull it out (even though it wasn't a wisdom tooth, they refused to pull it) well at the time an oral surgeon wasn't really in my budget, so I called Aspen dental they got me in that same day AND pulled the tooth with ease. Was in and out in 20 minutes and they were just an absolute miracle for me because I was in so much pain. Highly recommend and I will surely be back once I get dental insurance!!!

I am not satisfied at all with my lower dentures. I have tried several denture adhesives but my bottom dentures alway come loose by early evening. Once they come loose, they continue to rub sores on my gums. ...

I went here for visits for 2 years and should have left way sooner. They never did get anything worked out with my insurance so I had to pay for everything. On one visit I sat in the chair for no less than 5 hours waiting for my cleaning ...
