Excellent service, I had an emergency extraction done early in the morning. Not my first molar removal. But it was the first time I didn't hurt after. She removed all of the tooth, no bits left behind stuck in my gums. No accidental cuts to any nearby parts of my mouth. Her employees were kind and understanding and empathetic. And their front receptionist had a fun energetic friendly personality. All and all exceptional experience. I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I'm terrified of dentists. But these guys? Amazing. Very laid back but professional, compassionate and understanding. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and the experience was as wonderful as it could be. They explained the entire process, acknowledged and tried to ease my anxiety and fears, and had the whole process done in under an hour! Recovering very well, and happy to return any time it's needed!

I can't say enough about how genuinely incredible my experience has been with Aspen Dental in Sherman Texas! I was extremely nervous about my whole ordeal, but they turned my nerves around quickly for the better! The speed of the whole process was awesome. I called on a Friday to set up an appointment, and was in the office by 7:30 Monday morning. Started with x-rays, then had a conversation about what would be best. We decided that it would be best to extract every tooth in the top of my mouth and go with a full denture. Immediately following the consultation we discussed price and payment options. They did not try to force anything that I did not want done which was much appreciated! Once all was agreed upon I went directly to having impressions made. Before that was even finished they had me scheduled for the procedure for that Wednesday. "Very quick process"!! I was there for approximately 2.5 hours on Monday. On the procedure day I was in and out in about 2 hours with my immediate denture already in place!! So far this has been a great experience, and I would highly recommend Aspen to anybody!

They had to pull a tooth I asked for laughing gas they had it set up but they didn't use it and barely numbed me and even though they saw I was in pain they kept yanking. I paid $90 to get it out but they are refunding that money to me I wish I could give negative stars only go here if u wanna leave in worse pain Thebes when u entered

Stay FAR, FAR away. My mom is dead due to the greed and incompetence of Aspen Dental, Sherman TX. I have her death certificate and 1st visits panoramic X-ray! There was no need to extract teeth. She needed an oral surgeon and ENT to deal with the cancer! 3 visits before I demanded she see another dentist there and This 3rd dentist saw the cancer and sent her to an oral surgeon, all the while the first two visits Dr VARIA extracted teeth in the anterior when her visits were for JAW PAIN! She had no back teeth!! Not only is she dead but she suffered tremendously and Dr Varia needs to lose her license as does this corporate greedy "business " I won't even call it a dental practice, because it's not. Aspen Dental, just know my mom didn't deserve this and neither do us, her kids or her grandkids! If Aspen Dental tells you you need an extraction I beg you to get a second opinion from a private Dentist. This place is pure greed. There are plenty of former employees that will vouch for this!

From the minute I called this office, up to the present moment I have been absolutely impressed with the Sherman's dental office. The staff is amazing. I was in pain from a broken tooth, had no insurance and not a lot of expendable cash. The office treated me warmly, I got full exrays and both a gum and tooth exam with a treatment plan. They helped me with a payment plan to go along with the treatment plan which was great. All appointments where made quickly and with out long waiting periods to see someone. I now a permanent client of this dental office! If you're looking for a great staff and well run office, give them a chance.

The best dentist I've ever been to - the entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was worried about my visit ( i hate going to the dentist ) but Aspen made my experience quick and painless. I highly recommend Aspen and have found my permanent dentist! Thank you Aspen!

Awesome staff. They are amazing. Friendly courteous and full of smiles themselves. No judging or harsh words no matter you circumstance. I recommend to anybody that needs dental work. Thank you Aspen Dental for all you do.
