It's like pulling teeth for Aspen Dental to keep appointments. A couple months ago I took my daughter in for a check up. The receptionist said I hadn't confirmed the appointment, even though I did through their email reminder. This morning I showed up for my 7:30 AM appointment and was informed there's no dentist available. Thanks for informing me in advance. Unfortunately, Dr. Hong has moved on to another practice in Charlotte. He's a fantastic dentist. Sorry he's gone. I am too.

Scheduled a appointment to get a broken tooth looked at a month in advance of the appointment date. They cancelled my appointment without my knowledge a week before the scheduled date. I never received a call. I found out it was cancelled because they sent me a email to confirm my appointment and it wouldn't go through on their end so I went on my account and the appointment is deleted. Not the place for no insurance patients. Also forget about calling it always goes straight to voicemail.

Should not claim walk in emergencies welcome. I was told to set an appointment later in the week. I have an emergency and need an extraction.

Worst experience ever. I will never go back. I had upper dentures made. They never did a try in. They felt like a block of wood in my mouth and they looked terrible. I told them I wasn't happy and they sent me out with them. I had to go somewhere else and get some more made.

my appointment was at 7:30 AM. I left the dental office after 10:30 AM. And the only thing that was done was x-rays exam my teeth and they gave me a long list of things that was wrong with my teeth( treatment plan). It just was very unorganized.

Has became worst nightmare. Husband has been needing dentures aligned to fix so can eat. Can't keep doctors there to help him. Now he has dentures that are cutting his tongue, with gaps around gums rubbing his gums raw and now saying they don't know when will have one again so he is having to go back to chopped up food. Has been terrible experience. No relief in site but took money for procedures

Wonderful experience. They were able to see me same day for urgent treatment, then followed up the next week with surgical care. Dr. Hong was so gentle, professional, and personable. He was patient, listened and responded to all of my concerns, and gave easily understood explanations. He made my dental care pain free, even his novacaine injections! He told me what to expect as he worked in my mouth. All staff were kind, caring, and very helpful (especially Shanea). My great experiences began and ended with Erica at the front desk. She was concerned, compassionate, quickly got me scheduled in when I was in pain, and very efficiently handled approvals with my insurance and explained it all to me. She had a great sense of humor and put me at ease from the very beginning. I'm more than satisfied with Aspen Dental in Shelby and will continue there for all my dental needs.

They were very nice the doctor made sure I understood everything he is going to have to do and the nurses is very nice the receptionist was very polite and helpful

I made an appointment here almost 2 months in advanced so I can have a time slot that doesn't need me to use PTO. They sent me a text 2 days before my appointment and say they've canceled my appointment. The earliest they could get me in was almost another month and a half. I get things happen but to follow it up with a laughable compensation is insulting.

Dr. Hong is my new dentist. I don't think I've ever had an easier filling. I was in the chair at my designated time and out in about 25 minutes. Very nice dentist too!

What a Team! I spent 8.5 hours in the dental chair and time seemed to fly by. My comfort and pain-free experience was their #1 goal. My recovery was quite unexpected. I never experience any pain the night of or the next day. If you need any dental procedures or surgery, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Shelby, NC!
