I am beyond disgusted with this place. About a month ago I went in for x-ray and exam, mind you I need a lot of work done. I will be paying cash, the estimate I was given was for $18,820.00 so I decided to call today to start with a crown I need which is priced at$1,753. I called and am told they will not do any of my work until I first have a cleaning done. To some it might sound petty but I don't have an extra penny for this, I don't have insurance so I feel I shouldn't be forced to spend even more money. So I will find another dentist in Sheboygan who isn't about bleeding me dry .

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to every one of the ladies are super friendly, sweet, gentle and caring, and saved me a lot of time and money for things that I didn't need to get done I highly recommend going to this dentist office. Such a fantastic atmosphere don't waste your time anywhere else, just go to Aspen dental SHEBOYGAN .

I just recently left my appointment at Aspen Dental, and I am disappointed to share that the staff was very rude, and when they determined my complaint required an orthodontist, practically threw an orthodontist business card at me. The female employee either a dental hygienist or dentist only communicated with me from standing behind me while I was seated in the dental chair, this is highly disrespectful as no eye contact could be made, and the individual appeared to be hiding. I contacted Aspen Dental last week to determine if my dental complaint would be handled in their office or if I would be required to go to an orthodontist. The individual who scheduled the appointment informed me that I should come to my appointment, and it would be handled in office. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I was required to have 19 X-rays which they would not let me refuse, and then referred me to an orthodontist regardless of what the employee had previously told me on the phone. There are many dentists in town, and a highly encourage you to look at the other options. Aspen Dental may be able to get you in quickly, but they do not care about you, just their bottom line.

Over all it was pretty good. I had to have a tooth extracted witch only took about 15 min. I still have some bleeding going on but am dealing with it the best I can. Looking forward to having you finish the rest of my dental work in the future. Thank you for squeezing me on short notice.

Very knowledgeable staff, super easy check in, short wait time, got me direct pricing and methods of payment, scheduled out appointments as necessary with a smile and ease. Will recommend to anyone in need of dental care that is professional and efficient!

We just moved to the area and were looking for a new dentist. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get me in as a new patient. All of the staff were very friendly and the hygienist & doctor were not only friendly but we were able to crack a few jokes which helped the dentist anxiety. I only got X-rays and have my cleaning & filling appointments coming up, but so far I like Aspen Dental of Sheboygan.

I found that this dental practice is more about getting your payment than they are about the care of the patients. As I began to talk to friends, associates about this practice I have learned that the reputation of this office was established before I walked into their doors, and I have yet to hear a glowing report. The front office staff is rude, short on the phone and has zero empathy. I have been working in customer service for 40 years and clearly they need training on how to listen and service a customer. That staff is the first impression to obtaining a new patient and frankly I should have listened to my gut at the get go. It was been a bad experience from the get go.

Very friendly staff and dentist! I had to have teeth removed and don't do pain well at all so made sure I was nice and numb. Didn't feel a thing. Also get sick from the taste of blood so stitched me where they could. If you need a great supportive dentist this is the place 2 go!

Everything was great . They even made an exception for me and got me in right away to help with what ever i needed . Was also very cheap staff was very nice all of them .
