My husband and I took off work for an appointment that has been set for about a month and we pull up to a note on the door stating they are closed. I called and the lady expressed she called on a Saturday at 830am and wasn't able to leave a message. When I returned the call Saturday no one was available to speak to and they never called back to verify we knew not to come in. I also got a message yesterday to confirm my appointment and I did.

A pleasant experience from check in until leaving. I felt very comfortable with each Initial visit procedure. Everyone was nice and knew their job. Thank you Kari, (office manager) for all you do.

Aspen Dental is great . Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. An extraction isn't the most pleasant thing in the world but they made it a lot easier to deal with.(and the dental hygienist is smokin hot)

Terrible service and the office manager is rude and will hang up on you for asking why your appointment is moved a month away. Don't waste time waiting for an appointment and don't give them your time, money, or insurance- they do not employ quality dentists and have no doctors on staff. I can only imagine why- no one wants to work alongside creatures such as these.

Shayla called to move my appointment I made a month ago- I called to confirm and she said I wouldn't be seen for a whole month. Turns out there's not even a dentist on staff there and they reserve appointments for new patients rather than see established patients- a policy not expressed anywhere on the website or appointment confirmations. She quickly transferred me to Kari, the office manager who was a complete Karen and hung up on me when I asked for something sooner as I have tooth pain I dealt with since my original call for an appointment. I called corporate and spoke with Heather who also hung up on me when I asked for a name on who to expect a call from when she said district management would reach out to me. Avoid Aspen Dental and their unprofessional Karen attitudes- these are money making "not my problem" types of businesses. This is a corporate business, not one that provides service. Update: I searched Aspen Dental on all social media platforms & am HORRIFIED at other patients experiences at Aspen Dental- go search Aspen Dental on TikTok if you don't believe my review. Am glad my appointment was canceled now.

Not good. I made an 8:00am appointment 4 weeks in advance for a cleaning. After the exam which did start promptly by a talented dentist, I was told I needed to come back later for the cleaning. Not appropriate. The cost was interesting also. Our insurance covers basic cleaning but I agreed to a deep cleaning; who could imagine a "deep cleaning" would be billed at near 1400.00 dollars. I was ready to pay my share at 230.00 dollars but coming back later didn't work for me. Furthermore we did try to get a different appointment time by calling as soon as I got home. We were put on hold seemingly resentfully on their part for more than 20 minutes.

Friendly support staff. Dr. Abe was nice. He was very busy with several patients at the same time. I've only had one procedure, but it went well and I will be returning for the completion of my tx plan.

Walk ins are not available as listed. I arrived at 10 am, door locked, note on door says closed for lunch. Called and spoke to a lady that said she is the only one there and that's why the door is locked. I was not able to enter the facility or prefill paperwork, or have a shot at a walk in appt. False hours and abilities here at the shawnee location

Aspen Dental in Shawnee is not well staffed. Waited for over 30 mins past appointment time (which the office verified twice before hand) to be scene for a regular check up. Previous appointments were canceled by the office due to staffing issues. Recommend finding a different office or drive to different Aspen Dental

I was supposed to be a new patient at Aspen Dental but the day of my appointment a few minutes before to be exact they called and said they had to reschedule me due to someone going home sick. That's fine, I understand. But today was my rescheduled appointment and once again they called me minutes before my appointment to say they over scheduled. It's an inconvenience to the patient especially when your not giving enough time for the notice. Unfortunately I will be going somewhere else to be serviced. I understand things happen but I was rescheduled two weeks in advance so for that reason I will not be going back to Aspen Dental and I wouldn't recommend them in the town of Shawnee.

What can be described as a "difficult " situation they are making seem very easy. Literally making 6 office visits & 2 to three weeks wait into just several days. I am impressed!Thankfull! Wonderful friendly people.

HORRIBLE!! Do not go here. New faces everytime you go in. They quote you on this and that and a blood transfusion and a spare kidney. Sheesh. All they want is money and for you to apply for financing and this and a home mortgage and credit cards. Didn't even tackle my toothache. Took my business elsewhere. You should do the same!

The staff is so great. Came in with intense toothpain, and the front desk lady managed to get me in as a walk-in. X-ray chick had me joking around in no time while she took all my x-rays. The Hygenist did everything possible to ease my anxiety and made my smile look clean and beautiful again. The Doc and his assistant had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out so swiftly, and again did everything they could to alleviate my anxiety through the whole experience. The lady at the billing desk even helped me to get financing so I was able to pay for It all! Thank you SO much to the staff at Shawnee Aspen Dental. Your the best!

There's really no need to make an appointment, as they run on their own time plus take walk ins. Patiently waited an hour and a half for one appointment after canceling the other three due to how slow the whole process is, for them to have to cancel because they can not take X-rays. So close to two hours of our day wasted and time taken off for paperwork only.

I went in for a broken tooth at the gum line, & on the first visit, I wasted a bunch of time & all they told me was I needed dentures. I was really frustrated, because I live out of town, so I had to make an appointment for the next week to have the extraction done. I went in to have the extraction done & had to wait right at an hour before they took me back for my tooth to be pulled. They pulled the tooth & I asked for an estimate on the cost of the denture, & she said that she would email it to me that day. Today is the 3rd day that I have called & asked for it, & still don't have it. Their customer service is terrible. They act like they don't even want my business.
