The staff was very friendly. Ashley was great taking all the X-rays she explained everything she did. Toni was good she also explained what I needed done. Dr H was also very good. Jada at the front desk was very informative about my insurance.

Aspen dental is Shallotte NC is the worst. All they care about is money. Not to mention they overcharge for everything. Don't believe the estimate you get from them. They will send you additional bill after work is done saying your insurance didn't pay. Well I was told they reached out to my insurance and that's how they came up with the estimate . Further more after working for the same company for 13 years I never paid for cleaning now they are telling me I will have to.pay 138.00 out of pocket. Also you wait 4 months for an appointment for cleaning and then day before they change your time and if you can't make it you have to reschedule.

My daughter and I were so nervous our first visit But soon after meeting and talking with the staff all of that went away! They were so amazing and welcoming they could tell I was a little uncomfortable and they done everything to change it by the end of our visit we were all laughing! It's definitely a wonderful and friendly environment and I definitely recommend taking the whole family. The lady we spoke with before leaving was so excited to know my entire little family would be coming to this establishment. I'm so glad I chose this place as my family dentist THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! ( they listen too you and take in every concern you may have )

Okay this place cannot for the life of them get dentures done correctly. My husband and i have gone back 4 times to get them fitted. No luck. They don't seem to know what the heck they are doing

The dentist was pleasant and seemed personable, as did the assistants. The problem was mainly with support staff because they allowed all of the ipads to run out of power. One other negative - it seemed that you had overbooked patients because it took a long time to finally get seen by the dentist. On a positive note, I was impressed by the modern equipment and general cleanliness of the office.
