I'm posting from my husband's account, but I love thos office ! They did an amazing job taking care of me while coming up with a plan for what needed to be done. The extractions we're amazingly bearable ! The Dr. Is kind and listens well ! The hygentist treat you like family ! I highly recommend ASPEN DENTAL IN SELMA TEXAS

Had an amazing appointment 10/03. Julie O is an amazing Dental Hygienist, she explained everything very thoroughly, felt so comfortable throughout the entire process and left feeling great. I can't say enough about Julie. Thank you so much Julie you did an amazing job !

Absolutely amazing experience! I am scared of dentists and the entire staff was just so wonderful that I will only go here now! You can be yourself and tell the truth and will never receive judgement. This is the place that can fix your phobia of dentists

I went to Aspen with a dental emergency. While there, they convinced me to spend $5000 on different procedures. I had an exam exam and a deep tissue cleaning which inflamed an infection that landed me in the hospital. I was told the exam was free. I cancelled my follow-up appointments and found a different dentist. That dentist recommended a simpler treatment at less that 1/3the price. I was still charged $1,700. Don't go here.

I appreciate the staff at this Aspen location. They are kind, professional and have the best customer service. My Hygienist and Dr support every step in my "smile" journey. 10/10 I recommend this location.

Since 08/2021 it has been an ongoing nightmare at Aspen Dental at the Forum...to say the least. 1. Several extended wait times (over 45 min) to be seen and for anesthesia to set in; despite being scheduled when office opened. 2. Cancellation of appointment upon arrival due to no prior staff advisement of what to bring for follow-up appointment(s). 3. Inaccurate information received regarding initial and orthodontic treatment costs; to include how financing options are applied to account. 4. Despite approved financing, Billed for orthodontic services in 09/2021 and office staff did not assist until issue was 'escalated' to upper management this past June. Account is in collections. 5. Lack of follow-up on status update even after Aspen financial consultant escalated issue. Several calls made and emails sent to upper management for a whole month. 6. In July, went to office for assistance to correct. Was advised office did not apply full amount of approved financing and would request correction from Care Credit financing company. 7. Weeks later, escalated issue still unresolved. Emily was helpful and got matter escalated to the Office manager. Office manager stated they had High staff turnover, admitted information and proper patient documentation was not signed regarding treatment plan so they would assist in resolving account issue. 8. A month later, matter is still unresolved, nl contact from office about messages left and emails sent. Treatment for orthodontic services started in 09/2021 are irrelevant now and will have to be restarted. ***If you want a professional and honest dental experience, do not select Aspen Dental, Selma (at the Forum) as an option.***

Very nice staff! Even though I ended up needing to get more work done on my teeth than I was expecting, every employee I spoke with was very patient with me, allowed me to ask questions and gave very thorough answers in response. The people who worked with me made sure I was comfortable with any procedures or new information given. My favorite part about my appointment was definitely how if I looked to long at a tool or looked confused about anything, the worker would explain what that tool did, and everything she was planning on doing, step by step. I don't think I've ever had a dentist do that, definitely calmed me down and made the trip a lot easier.

I came in for a tooth extraction. Was worried and stressed and in so much pain. They made me feel so comfortable and didn't judge my situation. Everyone was thoughtful and caring. I was helped immensely. I highly recommend this place. I was able to make a same day appointment. Awesome service.

I had a great experience at this Aspen Dental location. The front desk staff saw me immediately as I walked in, they were very friendly and welcoming. This location was flexible with adjusting my schedule when I had to make an adjustment. Their technical staff was very knowledgeable and were great at explaining. The Doctor was fantastic, again very knowledgeable and good at explaining. I was in and out within a reasonable time. All in all I would recommend this specific location to anyone. If you are reading this, thank you to Emily, Katie, Julie, Alexa, Dr. Hagan, and the rest of the staff; you all rock!

I can't sing their praises enough! The front office staff was kind, respectful and so helpful! The office manager was an absolute sweetheart, as well as the rest of the staff. The dental hygienists was thorough and knowledgeable. I'm actually looking forward to the treatment plan she's laid out for me. The dentist was no nonsense and fast. She provided me with great recommendations and I felt that I could trust her and her team. Go see them!

Excellent experience until the "treatment plan" was presented. $1500 for a "specialized" cleaning. When I asked if there was anything we could take off to reduce the amount, I was offered an application for credit. Upon reviewing the estimate when I got home, I noticed things like $150 for an electric toothbrush! Very disappointed.

They will try to hustle you for thousands and thousands worth of work for stuff you don't need. Avoid at all costs, or at least get a second opinion before spending any money here.

Please don't do it. EVERYTIME I enter this place WITH an appointment I have 45mins to an hour wait. They call asking for the same information over and over at least once a month...can never find our insurance information....they try to bill us for things covered under our insurance. The girl at the front desk has assured me 3 times that she would compensate me for my inconvenience with a gift card...its been 4 months..haven't seen it yet. Made an appointment today online, get the office and she asked me if I was a new patient(I've been coming here for 6 months), asked me for my insurance then told me that the online system isn't working properly and they do not have any appointments available today. This place is completely unorganized to say the least. It's terrible. I can't wait to leave.
