When I called to make an appointment the person setting me, gave me an appointment for 2:00, and told me to be there 15 minutes earlier to get paperwork started. Apparently she doesn't work in that office because when I got there at 1:40 the doors were locked (during there lunch break). So needless to say I was 20 minutes early, couldn't get in, waited another 25 minutes to be seen. So I was a little taken back. BUT once I was seen, Team very Professional.

Very comprehensive and kind people on staff here at Aspen Dental. The initial intake is time consuming, but the various dental scans and ex-rays are very enlightening

The personnel and doctors were very professional, helpful and understanding of my emergency needs. The facility was clean and neat and the treatment was excellent. I was so impressed that I booked a regular appointment for further dental care.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was incredibly helpful, the Lead Dental Assistant Nara was very communicative and assuaged my anxieties before my tooth extraction. The dentist who handled the extraction was very kind and gentle and didn't mind giving me a few extra shots of novacain until I didn't feel any pain This being my first ever dental procedure, I felt very at ease during the whole procedure!

It was very nice experience I had with Aspen Dential. one, they had me so relaxed I almost forgot I was there. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

I have been to multiple dentists. A few made me never go back due to the rudeness and ignorance, but the Aspen Dental team in seekonk is truly the most kindest and caring people. All of them! For the first time ever, I chipped my tooth from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left; I felt sincerely cared for. They got me in right away; cleaned my teeth and set a next day appointment for my tooth. I couldn't be more thankful to have reached them on my 49th call to dentist offices. It clearly was fait. I will be returning as a full time patient. THANKYOU

Dr.Wong and the Lead dental assistant Nara were absolutely excellent. This Aspen makes the patient feel comfortable and does a pristine job on the services. I highly recommend.

I had to go get a filling done on one of me back teeth and let me tell you ot was not fun lol Bruna was my Dental Assistant and she did a excellent job taking care of me and assisting the Dentist with the process. I have to go back for a chipped tooth at the end of the month hopefully she will be there .

I had terrible experiences here. I am not sure if I would go to any franchise dentist offices anymore. Unnecessary costly operations without proper justification or explanation, surprise bills asking for hundreds of extra dollars

I started going to Aspen Dental in 2017, I had a lot issues that they took care of. The problem is I kept having issues when I went into the office. Billing is a problem, I always seem to have an unpaid previous balance. One time I went in for a cleaning, I paid my out of pocket up front. I leave come back at a later date for another appointment & I have a blanace due. When I asked about it I didn't get a definitive answer, I was told it was my insurance. So I called BCBS & spoke to a REP & was told they(Aspen Dental) submitted a claim for floride but BCBS only covers floride in people 18yrs & younger. Another visit I find out I have about $500 in credit in the system for over payments. Bills were coming in the mail, so I paid them but they were also billing BCBS. I ended up getting over $300 credited to my bank account. I ran into scheduling problems as well....I walked in for a appointment on my day off, but was told it was scheduled for the following day but I was working that day. They fixed it but I had to leave, change my schedule & come back 3 hrs later. On June 14th 2022 I went in for teeth whitening. I paid cash out of pocket because insurance doesn't cover it. During the whitening process I heard my hygienist say "it turned off" meaning the machine wasn't on at some point during the (4) 15 mins intervals. Before & after photos were not taken, so I couldn't see the difference in shades. Molds of my teeth were taken for whitening trays, to help keep my newly bleached teeth white. I was told the trays would be ready later in day on the 14th & would recieve a call to come pick them up. Today is the 24th, I still haven't gotten a call or recieve the trays. I WAS NOT PLEASED with the results but maybe my expectations were to high. I had to sign a no refund form before the whitening process began. I think I'm entitled to a refund, I didn't even get everything I paid for. It sucks because now I have to look for a new dentist, 5yrs down the drain & its not my fault.
