Got all my teeth pulled yesterday, which wasn't too bad, but I'm not real happy with the temporary dentures. The front teeth are too small and I can't really chew anything! I hope the permanent ones are better!

Do not go to Aspen Dental! People are extremely rude and they really are not concerned with your care. Do not believe their website ads saying fast emergency service is available. I tried to schedule an appointment today (Oct 27th) and was informed Nov 18th was the first available date. This was a reschedule from a previous visit but still was told wait a month or sit in the waiting room all day, maybe we'll see you or maybe not. There are many other dental practices available, Aspen Dental should not be on your list of choices. UPDATE: Called a local Dentist, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I have an appointment at 0915 tomorrow and the cost is much cheaper. Moral of the story here is to avoid the big corporate chains with their uncaring staff, lawyers and marketing to pay for and go local with a small practice.

Went in for a check up and found out I needed three fillings and a deep cleaning. I was scheduled out for the fillings but was told they couldn't do the cleaning because they didn't have a hygienist at the time so I would have to go elsewhere. When I tried to come in for my fillings that were scheduled weeks later, the receptionist said that they could not do the fillings because they did not have the materials needed for the fillings and said she left a message the prior week. I asked what number she had called and it was not even my number and not even my area code. now im stuck because they already billed my insurance and if I have to go elsewhere it will not be covered. What a waste! This was my 2nd experience with them and my first one was not much better. Aspen is not a place I would recommend!!!

I went in to have my teeth checked and to check the place .... Very persistent if you don't have insurance. They offer financing and if you "sign" now, you can take 10% off the total bill. I have never dealt with such ripoffs in a dental office. Definitely one of the worst in Sedalia area. Insurance companies need to be checking them out! I was given an estimate of $27,000 for repairing my teeth that they said are bad. I got a second opinion and my teeth are still good 1 year later without any repair...

In one word TRASH. No return phone calls. Dirty unsanitary bathroom and treatment rooms. Cocky Dentist that didn't even bother to introduce himself or call me by name. FALSE Advertising. No on-site dental lab that provides partial or permanent dentures. Lack of communication. Does not return phone calls from messages. Lack of communication between all team members. Over and false billing. All in all if I could give this Aspen Dental location zero stars I would. Definitely would not recommend to anyone! So unsanitary you might catch Covid.

My wife broke a tooth and in alot of pain. They told us that they would fit us in when we got there. After waiting 4 hours and driving 30 mile to get there, they then told us they wouldn't be able to see her. The woman at the desk said their are no Guarantee that we will see you. They will never see us again.

I have always suffered severe dental anxiety when it comes to having to have teeth pulled. I have always had to go to an oral surgeon and be IV sedated to have a tooth pulled. Due to severe injuries I received to my mouth I had to have full mouth extractions and was extremely nervous. Dr. Stock is absolutely amazing and takes the time to fully explain everything, listens to his patients concerns and questions and makes sure that you fully understand everything and are completely comfortable and satisfied. The tech that helped him through my procedure was very caring and knowledgeable as well and helped make sure I was comfortable, relaxed and they got me through the entire procedure while I was fully awake without any complications with my anxiety. The tech who made my immediate temporary dentures has been very professional, understanding as this entire process is all new to me and is a learning process. She has always been very polite, so helpful with explaining everything to me and has done an amazing job at making the immediate temporary set and all the adjustments she's had to do so far. Dr. Stock always makes sure that they fit just right and are comfortable at each appointment and that my healing process is going like it should. I would highly recommend Dr. Stock and his team for dental work.

I had a very good experience today at Aspen Dental. The staff was friendly, professional and put me at ease the moment I walked in. I am really happy that I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and didn't have to wait for months. I'm glad I chose Aspen Dental.

I've had nothing but problems with my appointments at this location, my very first apt was rescheduled and I never even got a notification, my second apt they had to redo my dentures because the lab screwed them up and I had to reschedule that apptand now my 2 week checkup appt they say I'm not in their system and I have 2 emails confirming my appt, I'm done I want what I paid for and I'm going somewhere else

Dr. Stock and the dental hygienist both did a very kind and thorough job of both avoiding pain and explaining what their findings and care plan.
