This is Virginia Dellheim ready to review is easy for Aspen dental Dr. George Birman and his assistant Ron made my experience very comfortable I had crowns done not easy thing to do but they got me through it and it's beautiful they walked me through it and did it and I'm glad I went and had it done there thank you for giving me my smile back I know it sounds like a gift card but it's true they gave it back thank you

Don't usually write reviews, but the staff here lack most the basic customer service etiquette. The people were not friendly or inviting.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. And also gave detailed information about my visit and my options proceeding foward.

Very good with hi anxiety people (me). They don't push work you don't want yet. Dentist explained things very clearly. All staff I met excellent. Lowest anxiety experience I've had in MANY dental offices. I thought "chain" dental wouldn't be good. But the Niskayuna people seemed exceptional. Also a plus with this chain: when you call you get a national operator. I usually feel frustrated at that. But they found me a location where a sedation oral surgeon came once a week. Not the closest to me but not too far. I'd spent hours before then checking websites and calling. it seemed impossible to find a dentist who checked all the boxes: less than a day's drive. taking new patients. had an opening within 2 weeks. offered sedation. (I gave up fast on accepts my insurance. ps Dentaquest sucks. no one takes it. ps a week later -- weirdly the tooth stopped hurting after antibiotics. Maybe it was sinus all along? I decided to cancel the extraction. I'd prepaid 60% since it involved sedation. Getting a refund took one super-quick call. I'll definitely stay with this office.

Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The doctor performed my procedure without incident, always taking my concerns and comfort into consideration. I was very happy and grateful with the outcome. His personal assistant held my hand and was very encouraging. All in all I could not have been in better hands. In addition, the pricing was fair which was important to me. I recommend highly.

Do not make an appointment here because they will literally change the date without your notice. Happened to me twice before I could go in and happened to my husband again. We even had a confirmation email for tomorrow and then even received a call for confirmation but when we called back to confirm tomorrow's appointment, it was magically moved to two weeks from now and they say that the appointment was never scheduled for tomorrow lol. We literally have two proofs that it was but whatever. Never going back there again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Notwithstanding that trips to the dentist aren't high on my bucket list, Dr. Fokshey and his team are nevertheless among the best!

I cracked a tooth many years ago and I never got it fixed due to finances. I have finally had it fixed; a root canal by Dr. Thomas and crown done by Reyana and Dr.Birman. It has been a scary situation for me, old fear of dentists, but they all were wonderful. While I still need more work on other teeth unfortunately for me, I am glad I get to work with them as a team. Thank you!

Very nice office. Dr Birman did a great job . His dental assistant Reyana was awsome and made me feel better about dental procedure. The hygienist was very good too.

My experience getting my wisdom teeth out was great had no complaints until now. They neglected to tell me that I should take probiotics with the antibiotics or at least as soon as I stop the antibiotics. I have went through and spoke in detail with the receptionist the doctor and different assistants and none of them decided to mention this and now i am paying the price for it. It's ridiculous.

Dr Birman is great! He takes his patients care very serious and focuses on trying to keep you comfortable while fixing your teeth. His assistant Ron has always been great as well, he's very personable!

When I had my first appointment I was experiencing pain from an abscess with an infection, the DA who saw me first was very kind and careful when taking x-rays as to not aggravate the situation. On my return visit 7 days later the infection was not responding to 2 different antibiotics. I told the DA (her name was Reyana) that I was very nervous going to the dentist, she was very understanding. Once the Dentist came in ( Dr George Birman) he saw that I was in extreme pain. He was very kind and performed the extraction quickly as well as explained things along the way. I couldn't have asked for more from them and highly recommend

Loved this place! Would tell everyone to go here. The dentist was gentle , and my nurse was incredible, I forgot her name, but I go back February 2nd of this month and I will put her name down. She went above and beyond for me, she definitely should get a huge raise! This was my first time there too. She also said she will be with me for my procedure. Thankyou to the staff also. Balltown rd in Niskayuna. Hopefully she sees this before I go back and she can tell me her name, if not I will get it when I go back and put it in here. I have a bad memory with names, but I will be writing her name down.
