It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end! Dr. Cunningham was awesome, Nicole was so patient and explained everything so professionally. When I left the front desk coordinator wished me a good night! Such a great place! Can't wait for my new smile

My visit today was wonderful I love all the stuff and the environment is clean and having the doctor explaining every detail that will be going with my appointments I would recommend anyone to go get a checkup done.

All staff are very kind and approchable. I am no longer nerves going to the dentist to get a routine dental cleaning, Richard the dental hygenist is a very pleasant person, and very gentle with dental cleaning.

Aspen Dental in Saugus has been great, and I cannot recommend them enough. Richard Peebles is a true blessing. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and in embarrassingly bad shape. Richard and Brittany were so kind and gentle with me doing an intake exam and x-rays. They both made me feel comfortable and accepted without any judgment or shame for the condition I was in. A treatment plan was recommended which I am happily completing. Richard continues to treat me with kindness and encouragement as I complete treatment and get myself back on track. I've only had good experiences here, and this is the dentist, y'all!

Richard is the BEST dental hygienist I've ever been to. He's so caring and thorough in treatment and explanation of what he is doing and how I can better care for my teeth. He is definitely the reason I go to Aspen in Saugus, but the office team is also AMAZING and so easy to contact. Scheduling appointments is fantastic, and they always send reminders and make rescheduling easy. I was a little nervous going to a "chain" dental office, but I'm truly so grateful to have these people care for me!

Front desk lady is very rude and un helpful. Because of how she acts I would rather deal with the pain or have my dog pull my tooth. If the front desk lady is that rude. It doesn't say much for the dentist themselves for hiring a person like her!

If u wanna do filling or any type of surgery stay away from Aspen Dental. More likely their doctors have very little experience. All they want is money.

Richard in Saugus was amazing! I took my 9 year old son there today. He does not do well at the dentist but today was a different story!! Richard was kind, gentle, encouraging and funny!! My son let him do everything that needed to be done. The office was impeccable with all the latest technology. I will also be switching to this office!!

If in search of a dental cleaning hygienist, see Richard Peebles at Aspen Dental-Saugus, MA. He is extremely thorough, highly knowledgeable, painless and personable. He is one of the best out there, no kidding!

Dentures were on sale today, the basic ones. Regular $2100.00 today I got hem for $789.00. Good deal, great staff at the Saugus, Ma store. Don't have them yet but I got a feeling they will be alright. If not I will edit this review.

I went to Aspen Dental a few days ago for my cleaning. Rich, dental hygienist did an amazing job taking care of my teeth. A very dedicated Team! Excellent with customer care. I will recommend this place to family members and friends. I have to say thumbs up! Much appreciated.
