Last appointment, I was supposedly getting a "full exam." First dentist stated I needed one root canal and crown. Second dentist twenty minutes later stated I needed three crowns and multiple fillings. Stated I needed to come back for a full exam. Told the dentist I thought this was my full exam, and that's what I was scheduled for. Exams are always rushed and never know if the exams are being done fully. This office never reminds patients about their 6 month check ups either, or books them in advance for patients, causing more dental work to be needed when patients realize a year later they never had their 6 month appointment. They certainly have no problem pushing the cleanings though before you leave. That's been my experience for three years at this office, and never complained because the staff was usually pleasant and the care was still better compared to other Aspens I have been to. Despite having my appointments rescheduled in the past for the office having staffing issues, they have no mercy when it's the other way around and patients themselves have staffing issues and have to drive further because staffing at other Aspens are so poor. Have spent thousands of dollars at this office over a period of three years, (in part because this office never bothers to schedule patients for six month exams to stay on top of issues) only to be rudely told by the office staff "You'll have to be on a walk in basis now." Wow. I was just reminded again why corporate dentistry has such a bad rap and why patients shouldn't put up with substandard care or rude treatment, and accept it as the norm.

Very thorough. Friendly, quick. Got appointment immediately. Office staff is exceptional. Everything explained. All dental professionals were great. Took very good care of me and my mouth.

Needed emergency work on broken tooth and they got me in 3 hours and took care of my problem and it was painless

Very fast snd efficient service with quick and easy appointment scheduling. Very professional from start to finish. They explain each procedure and the dentist shows you explicitly on the x-rays what is wrong and how it needs to be fixed.

A week ago I broke my tooth the pain was crazy I call them on the phone the next day they had me all set and read to fix my teeth 4 days later all bad teeth pulled new bridge in the staff are wonderful I wish I had more bad teeth I loved going there lol

Staff was very pleasant and friendly. They seemed very competent in their respective work. I am one to easily get overwhelmed when deciphering my insurance coverages and such, however the admin staff was especially helpful and patient while assisting me with my questions.

The practicing doctor, staff and hygienist actually listen to what you say. Make sure you get a discount plan, (there's a few but Iresesrched mine andused signa and it saved me about $500 on a $1300 procedure.

Absolutely amazing ....professionalism Top notch.From the receptionist to the dental surgeon,my visit at this office was very Comfortable, thorough and fast service..I highly Recommend.Nicole (Receptionist)customer service was superb.Showed great Concern and empathy, she was very pleasant and i loved the way how she gets things done.I was looking at weeks to get in to see a surgeon for a terrible tooth ace ,and she made it possible for the same day...leading dental Company in my books.

The front desk receptionist that handles insurance verification was rude, inaccurate and almost caused me to walk out before my appointment.

I have avoided the dentist for 30 years out of fear of being judged and or scolded. Finally I was left with no choice. Figuring it wouldn't matter I contacted the closest dentist to me, Aspen Dental in Saratoga Springs. I couldn't believe how the entire staff treated me, as a patient in need of care. I relaxed but I still haven't seen the dentist yet so I waited for the speech at the very least. It never came, not even a little. He was compassionate, friendly, and only cared about doing everything in his power to help me. Everyone at Aspen Dental made the entire experience so pleasant that for my second appointment I walked in without fear or apprehension.

My husband went to get a sore in the back of his throat looked at and the doctor, no exaggeration, said "I don't know what this is. Just wait two weeks and maybe it will go away." We then paid $98 and left. They didn't accept our GOLD Fidelis Care Health plan so we were charged out of pocket for absolutely nothing. He then told my husband he would "prescribe" him something. We went to Walgreens to pick up his new prescription... It was an off-brand, cheap, OVER-THE-COUNTER pain relief gel (which doesn't even work for the back of the throat). We already had this in our cupboard at home. This place is awful.
