Very unprofessional. Waited 3 weeks to get my wisdom teeth removed then 20 min before my appointment they told me it's cancelled and I would have to wait another 2 weeks. Awful don't go there!

The customer service I received was excellent. The office manager took her time to explain my treatment plan. The hygienist was excellent and took her time.

Staff was all super friendly and very understanding of my financial situation. They were quick at helping me get the funds I needed to get the work done. I would recommend to anyone to go there. Answered all my questions and I left very satisfied thanks to a great staff and dental office. Look forward to going back...

I must say that I am very pleased with the professionalism, the understanding the patience as well as comfort that this team put in to make me feel safe, welcoming, and not just a patient. Long story short when I was a kid/preteen I used to love going to the Dentist, but I was traumatized, impact with horrible experiences.. no matter where I went I will break down and cry and have anxiety attack. I went to Aspen Dental, the same thing happened but they took their time. The whole team was amazing, I was in there for a while questions, stopping and more questions but I really do appreciate that but the 3 who really took their time with me, heard me out, understood and try to calm me down was Mrs.Susan, Mr. Giovanni and Dr.Sandra!!!! I am happy to say I found my dental care. I'm happy with my decision and so far so good I'm OK ....THANK YOU

1st visit was great! There was some miscommunication with the call center and the office, but the office made arrangements and got everything I needed and had thought I was coming in to get done. Dr. Rosario was amazing, the staff was amazing.

Everyone, from the moment I walked in, was extremely friendly. I have had some traumatic dental experiences in the past, as I'm sure many of us have, but the crew at this Aspen Dental location put me at ease through the entire process from intake to consultation, through cleaning, and payment. I am grateful to this team for alleviating all of my trepidations concering dentistry. I highly recommended them to anyone, especially those who might have some previous trauma which prevents a visit to the dentist.

They've always treated me very well never made me feel asamed, And I have felt They understand I guess that people just are the way they are. They don't look down on you because of the amount of work you need on your teeth or the fact that you're getting all Dentures or trying to. Both times I have gone to this place I have been treated very well. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of being treated by Barbara, Amanda, Johnathan and Dr. Sandra. Everyone in the office was incredibly attentive, treated me with care and was very patient with me. I had an emergency tooth extraction, they were able to get me scheduled in a couple of hours and the rate for a first time patient needing an extraction was very reasonable. I encourage everyone to call this particular office. You will be satisfied with your care primarily, but nothing is better than being with staff that make a difficult process very easy. Johnathan talked me through pain I'd rate worse than some contractions Or kidney stones I've had. Dr. Sandra kept me calm and her energy is just the kind you'd want when someone is poking and breaking out your teeth! On a serious note, I would absolutely be returning and would recommend anyone to this office. Thanks so much to the dedicated dentist and staff at Aspen Dental!

I don't recommend Aspen for cosmetic work such as veneers. I'm waiting on my 3rd pair. Each time taking 2-5 weeks to receive from the lab. The combination of complacency from the dentist and poor quality work from the lab is why I've waited months to get my 2 front teeth done. The color matching and size have been an issue. Wait times are long.

From each member of the team to the Dr , I was confident in their knowledge and professionalism. I was listened to,, all my questions were answered and options discussed. This was accomplished at my speed with smiles and patience.

They sent my daughter home without pain relief stating that she would have to pull out the teeth in order for the pain to stop. Temporary pain relief was not provided because insurance was not available at the time. Terrible dental company. Please avoid!

The manager/billing was a fraud. She doesn't care and will not make the courtesy to call back or make a billing explaination after she scamed us with our hard earned money. We will be transferring to another dental service. Horrible experience!
