I had to make an emergency appointment for my son. They got him right in and took care of everything same day for us. Nurse Pat was amazing and so full of life, she made my son at ease. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly, professional and compassionate.

Absolutely horrible. I didn't want to give even 1 star. They call and cancel appointments on you all the time. Give you a card with your date and time and then when you get there say your late that s not the appointment we have. Staff is rude and will never admit mistakes. I wish I would have spoke to others before going here. I have had 3 other ppl tell me the same thing. One even had the wrong tooth filled in an emergency.

Dr. Escovar and the office manager Andrew helped greatly. Dr. Escovar helped lay out the smartest treatment plan for me, and Andrew helped ease the mind on getting financing for my dental work.

Known for being shady. Do research beyond local reviews. I came in needing 1 tooth out, and leave on the note these jerkoffs want me to pay 8000 in simple work! What is done for 170 at local dentists. 8000. Can you believe that? Payment plans and bouncing around my questions. Deciding work in my mouth without myconsent, going away from what I'm asking of them and saying the grand total is 8000. What a joke. the staff working there can't even afford that rate. There is noway..lie, decieve. Convince and profit is all this company cares for. The American dream. You guys should all be arrested for fraudulent professionalism. Like the used car salesmen of the dental world. Wonder how many lesser aware people you've reemed for dollar signs.

This place is a joke. First they say no charge and then after you're done with the appointment/procedure, they say there IS a charge. Don't go here! They lie to you!

I have tooth pain after going here for fillings. Do not go to this dentist unless you have no other choice! Front desk staff are unpleasant to say the least, tooth still giving me issues after 2 months of phone tag and rescheduling. Went in for several minor fillings after waiting for 20 minutes in the waiting room and another 40ish in the chair i was seen by the dentist. most of the fillings where done well with the exception of one which gives me pain when I eat and has a sharp burr with which pokes my tongue and snags food. When I went to make an appointment to correct this tooth filling. they messed up the appointment date. After this I made several attempts to get hold of this office again. I was not able to get anyone to answer, I even tried the 800 number that was given to me as a reply, it was no help. After showing up in person the dentist there reassured me that he would correct my tooth issues at no charge to me, made an appointment and when I showed up he just looked at my mouth and rescheduled me again. It has been about 2 months since the initial fillings were done and when I went to the appointment they said that they were going to use Money that I had put down for another procedure in order to fix my tooth that this Aspen dental location messed up and has been a pain and annoyance ever since. I left with them giving the rest of my money back, with no apology, no refund for the tooth they messed up. No nothing. Don't go here!

Everytime I call to make an appointment no one answers the phone. I have called literally 20+ times in one week alone. I can't seem to get a real person on the phone to help me. So I tried to make the appointment at the building itself. There was some guy on a bike in their parking lot who kept asking people for money and looking around in people's cars. When I walked in the waiting room had a strong odor, like a mix of chemicals, air freshener and filthy body odor! I decided I wasn't going to schedule the appointment, but I did try to mention the man on the bike outside begging for money and the blonde girl at the desk said that he was her, "baby daddy" and that he "aint bothering no one." I will NOT recommend this place to any family and friends in the future.

I scheduled an appointment and than canceled it but they still charged a credit company for a service they didn't do

At the end of appointment I paid full balance and then received another bill in the mail which they turned over to collections. I was absolutely not happy. The work that they wanted to do was unnecessary and an added expense as I found out after I went to another dentist.

First let me start by saying I wish Google had a zero star rating because this place would deserve it. One star is being overly generous. My mom is going to the Sandusky Aspen Dental for dentures and I can't stress enough how absolutely absurd this process has been. She chose Aspen because they are covered by her insurance. They also offer financing for anything beyond what insurance doesn't cover. Regardless of these facts, if I knew then what I know now, I never would have allowed my mom to go here. We began this process in February of LAST year (2021) and it is now May of 2022 and she STILL does not have her dentures. Thursday May 19, 2022 I called 15 times. 15 times! Miraculously I was able to get ahold of a live person on the third or fourth try, who then proceeded to put me on hold repeatedly until I was finally sent to their black hole voicemail system where I was invited to leave a message that will never receive a return phone call. Did I mention the fact that it's nearly impossible to speak to a live person when you call? And when you leave a message, nobody calls you back. Ever. The wait times are lengthy (we waited over two hours past our appointment time more than once), and some of the employees are downright rude. After all of this, now it appears they've lost my mom's impressions- or her dentures- or maybe they have no intention of fulfilling the order at all. My mom's health and well-being are in jeopardy, we've paid for the dentures in full, and 14 months later we have nothing to show for it. They're taking advantage of their elderly patients! There will be reports filed with the BBB, Ohio Attorney General, and the FTC concerning this experience. That's how bad it's been. If nothing else convinces you not to go here (at least for dentures), I hope this review will do it. Maybe it's not the same for general dentistry, but you've been warned nonetheless. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble.

My wife was seen and examined on May 11 2022. Great Dentist and staff seemed friendly enough. Problem is we're waiting over 3 weeks now for a crown for my wife's mouth. Call over there and get put on hold immediately! Having second thoughts bout Aspen Dental in Sandusky. Andrew guaranteed me he would followup and see what's taking so long to make her crown. This is my third call over to them since May 11. So let's see if I get a follow up call back from Andrew with a reason and a better time frame. They initially told us 2 weeks. By the way the Insurance has been approved and we've paid the deductible up front.

Customer service was great. My husband and I each bought their top of the line dentures. His bottom plate has broken in half two times. Weak dentures, was only eating a veggie sandwich with cooked veggies. I was eating and a top front tooth fell out. This all happened within a month or two of getting them. Not happy.

Avoid this place. Had to have two crowns done in late Fall of 2019. The fittings were an absolute miserable experience. They estimated my insurance would cover half and it ended up covering almost nothing. I had to pay all out of pocket only to find out a little over a year later during the pandemic at another dental clinic that BOTH crowns were botched horribly with open margins and needed to be replaced. The x-rays looked terrible. I filed a claim with the Ohio State Dental Board last year and then lost one of the teeth after an abscess formed under it and needed it pulled. I then had to pay out of pocket for the replacement for the one remaining botched crown this Spring. Now in the process of putting together a small claims suit in attempt to recoup my money.

Terrible service. Tooth had issues a month after it was fixed. Sold me on their invisiline brand, waited almost a year without hearing a word from them, and then my purchase was refunded. They scheduled me appointments and when I showed up, they were unaware that I was even scheduled. Doctor took pictures on her personal iphone of me, which was very weird. Also, overheard them berating an employee for not wanting to cover another shift at a different location. DO NOT GO HERE

They act like mechanics and dont focus on the thing you went in for. Quick to pull teeth and are VERY impersonal. Even after you've been in 3 or 4 times they still call you sir and never bother to learn your first name. Bad attitude and gossip about their personal lives right in front of you. Dont do it
