If you want a referral to an oral surgeon, don't even bother wasting your time coming here. They say they don't do referrals, even if their own surgeon can't see you for months.

Having a tooth ake after the doc. work on my teeth. I called mid Friday morning to get antibiotics. That doctor didn't call me back! AFTER I FOUND THE THIRTY TWO THOUSAND QUOTES WAS MORE THAN TWICE WHAT OTHERS CHARGE I WILL NOT BE USING THEIR NON SERVICE AGIAN! And neither should you!

Had an absolute horrible experience. My grandkids had appointments beginning at 3:30. We arrive at 3:20 to check in. My daughter was told, only one child could be seen because she did not confirm the appointments. She asked, how they were able to schedule one child if she did not confirm the appointments, and how do they have her insurance information. She was told well the dentist has 2 surgeries schedule this afternoon. We wait patiently while everyone that walks into the place is seen almost immediately. My daughter asks how much longer it would be, this is 4:40. She was told a patient took longer than expected, and that the room was being cleaned. Another patient walks in and is immediately called back. I loudly ask what, are you serious? I was told well they are cleaning the X-ray machine. Finally, at 4:45 they call one kid back. After an hour long wait in the room, he is finally seen by the dentist, only because the hygienist tells him he has a patient. The hygienist was the only one who had any compassion and apologized for the time we had waited. Not one time while waiting in the waiting room did any office personnel make any conversation with us, or even try to communicate about a time frame. We left at 6:00

Was very pleased with service given to me and was already in Angelo when they told me to present myself before my appointment. Hopefully my next appointment will be sooner that what they told me.

All of the staff members were super nice and very accommodating to my individual needs. All of the procedures were explained to me in a way that I understood. And I was given options on what needed to be down with my care. A wonderful experience.

Save yourself time and money. When you schedule an appointment they will have to change the appointment for staff training, happens every time I've made an appointment. Being in pain doesn't matter either. A good office would schedule staff training around patient hours and get you in ASAP for pain.

My appointment was cancelled with no notice and with no reason given so I ended up driving 40 miles to turn around. I rescheduled my appointment, got there early checked in and waited for over an hour past my appointment time to be seen.

The people in the back are awesome billing and front desk not so much. They always double book then over charge just to refund later

Well The front Desk clerk was very Rude from the first time I walked through the doors . I had a appointment to get 4 teeth pulled Tuesday morning at 10:00 am I live 80 miles from the office on sunset Dr.I wasn't sure if I was gonna be able to drive afterword so had my daughter drive me we had a blowout on the way and mind you there isn't any phone service after about 5 miles out of were I live until you get to SanAngelo . Well by no cous of our own we arrive at 10:22 to Aspen go inn and I signed the check in list and the lady then told me they have a 15 min rule if yr late and after that you'd have to Reschedule well I only have Time on Tuesdays to get any need of my own I told her well why didn't you mention this when the appointment was made are when you called the day before to confirm the appointment .She had no reply other then you can reschedule for tomarow I says no I can't I have to work I do also have a job I'm a caregiver I can't just reschedule I says if understand yr 15 min rule if I lived here I just drive 80 miles one way and only 5 min passed yr 15 min rule And your gonna be rude to me about it .I won't be Rescheduling at all . I drove here had a blow out And was treated and spoke to Rudely over 5 min couldn't make a exspetion after driving all that way and a blowout isn't something I could have controlled Didn't make me fill one bit like family . They were very unprofessional and inconsiderate.Ask to speak to my dentist and was told No I couldn't . I would not Recommend that particular location to anyone . Nore will I be returning .back I had absses d tooth when I arrived the first time they didn't offer me a script for antibiotic are anything for ain Was just really attamont about the 7,898 dollar estimate they gave me for just the lower for a partial .I'm sure I can find a more professional Dentist office with way more affordable estimat without the Rude unprofessional slob for a reception they have now . No stars from me Amanda Was the most profetional that does a excellent job at what she there for thank you Amanda

Not at all thrilled. They need to do a better job of telling you what to expect! Incredible amount of xrays and time, I was there 2 hrs and thought my would be cleaned! Long process and you need to come back plus really expensive. Guess you pay for the 5 people u see that could be 1. Insurance sent me here, not at all happy.

I'm really not ready to rate Aspen as work is not completed. So far I have been treated VERY WELL. Very nice staff.

Wonderful staff! The dental hygienist was so comforting when I was getting my root canal. I had a bad anxiety attack towards the end but she held my hand and put wet towels on my forehead to calm me down. Thank you!!!!

Very friendly staff dentist herself is awesome. Very courteous goes over the procedure she is going to do with extreme detail.
