I found this place due to the providers being in network power my insurance and then they could get me right in. I am estaticaly pleased and happy that I followed my heart, which I believe God led me here. They are so thorough. I love their approach and how they explain in detail everything they do. Mrs. Vicki and Ashley and all the staff have phenomenal and dynamic personalities and customer service etiquette. Thank you so much for the Aspen Dental Family in Saginaw for providing me with the utmost of service and treatment.

The impression they did took some time, but that is ok with me, it means you are getting a good fitting denture and something that will make you feel comfortable to smile again. The nice assistant took her time, was very kind and respectful to me while doing the scans of my bite and mouth. She was very maticulose about getting a perfect scan and making sure the teeth would look the most natural. Also they did everything they could to set me up with a affordable plan to move forward in trying to save what teeth they could after not having insurance for 12 years. They have great people there in every position. I was completely embarrassed to approach this situation because I have put off my dental care for so long because of money issues or not having insurance. At the Saginaw, Tittabawassee location they made me feel comfortable with moving forward with my dental care that was way overdue. I will update this review as soon as I have my permanent upper and lower partial are in place. Thank you Saginaw Aspen for you kindness and hard work.

For 2 months I've had a headach due to the need to have a couple of teeth removed. After the teeth were removed, my headach vanished immediately & I told my family I felt like celebrating. My experience with the dentist & her assistant was very pleasant & I would recommend to anyone with similar problems to visit Aspen Dental. Today after 24 hours I'm totally pain free thanks the the removal of the 2 teeth. These people know what they're doing & I'm going back if another problem occurs. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who will ask me in the future.

Awful service. Back to back times I was rescheduled without a phone call or follow up. The first time I went to the office, on my schedule PTO, for an appointment. It was canceled, due to installation of a new machine. Well if you had the machine their and you knew you would close early to install it, why didn't you call me. Very well I rescheduled for the next week. Took out PTO for 2 hours, once again was told that my scheduled appointment will be a 2 hour wait minimum. I was like you can't be serious. I showed up for my appointment on time and now it will be 2 hours beforeim even seen. This place is playing a lot of games, and they don't seem to care if it impacts those that have to work a regular 9-5pm. I will not be returning and will tell others not to use Aspen either.

The staff at Aspen Dental Bay City MI, made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The Dr was very patient and brief. I was have terrible pain in my face needing the remaining three wisdom teeth to be extracted. Aspen Dental got the job done

Highly dissatisfied with the THOUSANDS of dollars I've spent here over the last few months.Which has ultimately led to subpar fillings and sore gums because of a cheap looking, but not cheap costing, partial dental that just looks awful and hurts to boot. When you walk in it often smells like a wet dumpster outside the door, then for me I've been put in clean AND dirty chairs, depends how they're feeling I imagine. I've had problems with my fillings since day one and now my appx. 2 thousand dollar denture piece is junk/harmful to gums and existing teeth b/c it was cheeply made...I could go on, but why, I'll take the lesson; give them a chance to make it right and then never go back! Long story short I'd go to a different dentist, even if it's still Aspen.

I called Aspen Dental in Saginaw today because I was having the absolutely worst toothache pain possible from a broken tooth. They were extremely accommodating, friendly, compassionate and they were able to extract my broken tooth with absolutely 0 pain whatsoever. I highly recommend them if you're having a dental emergency or tooth pain. Dr.Ali is fantastic!

Dr.Ali and Morgan made getting my wisdom teeth out 100x easier than I thought it would be, they take such care and made sure i was comfortable and calm, I couldnt recommend them enough!!
