The staff made me feel so welcome when I enter into the building. I left my ID and wallet at home and they let me go home and get it and come back and I didn't have to make another appointment which was great.

Everyone that works at the location I had interactions with were very professional. I would say the people made the whole experience a very pleasant experience. I would have no problem recommending this office to anyone.

Over charge and charge you for services that was not asked for. Not once in the handful of times I have been there does the price remain as originally qouted. Have insurance and was charged for free teeth cleaning.. NEVER AGAIN

A visit to the Dentist is not usually considered by most people to be a "pleasant experience". But my visit to AspenDental, 331 Weir Rd, Russellville AR on June 15, 2022, for cleaning & treatment was as pleasant as it gets. The building was spotless and the staff was friendly, helpful and timely. Dana, (my attendant) was professionally pleasant, quick and painless. THANK YOU!

The staff in the Russellville office are great ! That is the only reason I give it 1 star. That being said, Dr. Dillon is NOT!!. I do NOT Recommend anyone to use him. He literally has poor bed side manner ,rude and very disrespectful. My experience through my whole denture process with him was horrible. I will tell you this. If a dentist feels it is okay to rip someone's dentures out of their mouth and treat them with disrespect, they don't need to be a dentist!! He is the reason most probably don't go to the dentist ! Besides that my permanent denture literally came out crooked and I had to have a whole new set ! By which I got my refund on my money and taking my business else where ! I don't not recommend anyone to use Aspen Dental as long as Dr. Dillon is the provider!!!

Poor service. Employees in a hurry and not very friendly, especially the administrative woman who would not listen to me and kept repeating what the treatment plan was even though I pointed out that the dentist said I should evaluate and talk things over with people who had dentures. She insisted that the plan be followed and not subject to change.

I was very apprehensive about using a new dental service, but had tooth pain and needed care. Even though I was a new patient, and expected cold acceptance (I travel a lot), the staff were extremely polite, and caring, and genuine in there care.. I remember thinking, how attentive my answers were being received. That is so rare!!

Totally unexpected positive experience. The office was new and conveniently designed with an open feel. The staff to a person was pleasant and competent. The procedures were well explained and perfectly executed. Follow up appointments eagerly anticipated.

I went to Aspen dental planning to have dentures made. They did exrays and cleaned my teeth. Which was all included in my insurance to be paid to them. I decided not to use them for my partials and went someplace else. Well they were supposed to file on my insurance within 6 months but waited till the next year to file. My insurance had changed by then and didn't pay. Then they turn the debt to the credit bureau because they didn't do their job.
