Compared to the last dental office i went to. This was the best overall experience. I felt the welcome, professionalism, and the comfort this facility showed me. It is very convenient to have all the services i need done in this office as apposed to going to other locations for other treatments. Just as comforting as the commercials showed Aspen to be, they're also comforting in person.

I had a terrific experience today at Aspen Dental. I walked in without an appointment, and they we extremely accommodating. The receptionist Emily was very sympathetic and patient. Dr. Lobelle and his assistant were very reassuring. They even stayed late to ensure a complete and excellent job!!

Hunter, Stephanie, Alberto, and Dr. LaBelle were so compassionate and caring. They listened to my complaints and fears and made me feel completely at ease about every procedure completed on this visit. All four of them were AWESOME.

My upper denture was 10 years old and the roof of it was worn down. I originally had it done in Ft Lauderdale and didn't want to drive 45 minutes to them. I contacted Aspen Dental and they said that they would be able to help me. I was so happy with my experience there. The staff could not have been friendlier. Their office was extremely clean. They explained to me all my options. I was actually considering purchasing a new upper denture but they said that they had their lab on site and that they could repair mine. Impressions were taken and within 3 hours my dentures were ready. The lab tech did such an amazing job. They fit perfectly, not even one adjustment had to be made!!! I would definitely recommend them. Not very happy with the way my bottom dentures fit so I will absolutely go back to them for a re-alignment. If you need any dental work done, Aspen Dental is the place to go

Stay away from Aspen dental's this place is absolutely terrible !! I'm losing a tooth because I've been missed diagnosis several times now because they hire new doctors right out of school with very little experience !! I'm so disappointed and so upset all they care about is an upsell they're willing to do anything as long as they're making money but they don't care about your personal well-being!! Not only has my lip been paralyzed I've lost teeth and I feel like I've been sold root canals when I was told all I need it was small filling!! Run away from this place there's plenty of small private doctors with plenty of experience that will take better care of you! Please if you care about your health you will not go to any of these Aspen dental !! I am seeking legal representation as we speak !! then when I confronted the doctor about the negligence they banned me after Drilling too deep into my tooth causing a small fracture !! Now I have an infection in tooth , and needs to come out !! due to their negligence And misdiagnosis and not looking out for my well-being !! they're not willing to except responsibility and help me I'm so disappointed!!!! Dr. Justin Griffee you should be ashamed of yourself!! You should Hire doctors with more experience, And you should inform patients of the risk before selling cosmetic dentistry and promising things that you cannot fulfill!! Shame on you !! God only gave us one set of teeth and you exploit that for money instead of truly helping and taking care of people wholeheartedly!! God is always watching us even when you think nobody else sees!!

Every time I come to this dentist office I have the same issue. I am extremely busy and my appointments is always at 8 am for a reason when I get here it's always an issue with my appointment and them double booking. If you are a business person this is not the office for you as they do not care about your time. The only remedy they say is to reschedule to me which is weird as again I am busy. I hate change but I literally can't take the issues with this office anymore.

Been a patient for about 2 years now. They've worked with me through a lot of my teeth issues. Always explain my options always worked with me so that my treatment was exactly what I needed. Would recommend to anybody.

The Dentist and Hygenist were fine and professional. Unfortunately the office staff are either incompetant or just crooks. They said they were unable to verify my insurance and were not contacted. My insurance said otherwise and even told me the date and time of contact. Since my insurance rep had their names and times of the contact it seems that Aspen is to blame. They seem honest but are probably not, it is not worth my time to continue with that office. I ended up canceling my Solstice insurance plan as well.

Just got a check up done at Aspen and the office manager Hunter was so patient and helpful. He turned my day around with his positive attitude. I would totally recommend coming here the staff is great!!!!!!

The young man who does my cleaning is the best I have ever had. Today was my second cleaning with him; and, since he did such a fantastic job last time, my cleaning today was a breeze.

I had a cleaning today with Alberto and he was amazing!!!!!!! He is super gentle!!! I have a lot of recession and I have a lot of anxiety every time I have to go to the dentist... I finally found a dental home and my dental hygienist. Thank you Alberto for such a wonderful experience and thank you for putting me at ease, I know I am a very difficult patient but you were so awesome, thank you again!!!!

I would not recommend this place. I had 4 fillings done by a female doctor. I believe she was Hispanic. She told me I had deep decay on one tooth and that I needed to remove it. However, I was able to get a crown put on by another dentist I saw in a different practice. Extraction should always be the last resort! She failed to remove all the decay when I had the work done in February and now months later I have severe pain in 2 teeth. I have to get root canals done now. Stay away because they are not coherent doctors! I as a patient should leave the practice believing that my work has been done well. Also, the assistant was not professional at all, she kept talking about how much time she has left until she leaves and was very distracting. Dental work is a serious thing and should not be handled this way.
