My husband fell and shattered his dentures. We went to Aspen in hopes of getting him a new pair quickly. We got a new set within a week and went through the next few weeks getting those adjusted. Unfortunately, Aspen could not get his dentures fully adjusted to where he could open his mouth fully and bite correctly. Aspen Dental remade my husband a whole new set of dentures! The new pair fit him almost perfectly. He is extremely happy with the remade pair and feels that with after wearing the new pair he only needs one small adjustment. We are beyond impressed and happy with their service and effort put in to make him happy with his new teeth. GREAT service and guarantee!!!

I had my first treatment of service today and I'm beyond impressed!! No pain and they did their job! The Hygienist and Doctor went above and beyond for me. The entire staff does their job very well. This is an genuine and honest review. They are giving me the service I requested and that's very important to me. When you get good service at the level you expect , you pay. If we ever have an issue, we will work it out! Excellent service.

I was searching for a dentist to get my smile back plus the ability to eat somthing as simple as a sandwich.Aspen Dental versus every one else.Aspen didnt start the conversation with WHATS YOURE CREDIT SCORE.Every one else did.No one offered me a treatment that was in my budget Aspen did.No one offered a video of what you can expect from Aspen Dental.I got all of my questions answered i was able to use my insurane to benifit me because of Haley she strutered my treatment to keep me from having to take out a loan.Thank you Hailey Nataline has got to be one of the nicest assistants ive ever meet. Before my treatment she made me feel really comfortable when the procedure was over she made sure i was ok.Thank you Nataline. Dr Sawnani gave me my ability to eat and SMILE im so lucky to have a Dr that really goes the exra mile for his patiants.Aspen Dental has the best pricing plus so many options to get the treatment you desire. Dr Sawnani i cant say thank you for what you did for me. Jim Alonzo Mesquite

Very friendly staff. I was pleased with the willingness to work with me on what treatment I could afford. I visited several dental offices to get estimates on treatment needed and I came back to Aspen Dental Rowlett due to the way I was treated. Thank you for friendliness and professionalism.

I am not the biggest fan of dentists in general, but Aspen Dental always gives me a good experience. Their staff is amazing, sincerely. The front desk & hygienists are always so kind and friendly. I had the best experience with Diana, she is such a sweet soul and made me feel so comfortable!!! Crazy to say, I look forward to my next dentist visit!

I was not a patient, but an aspiring dental assistant looking for employment. Let me just say my interview was 10 Am, I showed up 20 minutes early, and had to wait for over a hour for my interview. I then advance to the "working interview" step. Which basically means I came in a worked a full day, UNPAID! When the day was over I asked the next steps if any and was told they would call me to let me know what to do... At this point it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard one word, which I find very inconsiderate, because while I was there the whole time I got good feedback from both the manager and the doctor. So I thought things were going well just to never hear from them again.. I feel as though they literally got free labor out of me, because clearly it didn't take the full 8 1/2 hour day to decide whether they wanted to hire me or not. It was hard to tell who was in charge and who to speak with when I needed something. By far my worst experience job hunting so far.

I had a first and last visit to Aspen Dental in Rowlett, TX. If I could give them zero, I would. the dentist tried to sell me a service that I didn't want and told me she couldn't help me with what I needed. She told me her lab assistant was on vacation and she didn't know when he was returning, sounds like a lie to me.

One of the kindest dental facilities I've been to. I was in an extreme amount of pain and Hailey patiently helped me get a plan set up to fix the issue. I'm absolutely horrified of sitting in a dentists chair and everyone there made me feel completely comfortable. I called them this morning with the problem and they got me in right away

They deserve zero stars My reasons are listed below. In the morning, when I went in for the appointment, I showed up early since it was a work day. When I arrived, I was told that the hygienist was not even there yet. I understand it can be difficult for a business to operate without their normal employees so I patiently waited about an hour for her to arrive. She did a thorough examination before the diagnosis of Stage 2B periodontal disease. This is when Arestin was brought up. It was conveniently "covered" when the quotes were presented to me and after it was billed and denied, I was left having to pay out of pocket completely for this apparently unnecessary antibiotic. The service was pushed onto me, the client. I was already worried about pricing and costs, but when they were explained to me, it felt like I was at a car dealership and that these services were being forced onto me. It was like I had no other option but to agree to these ridiculous charges because there was no other option to get the tooth fixed and to schedule a surgery the following Friday to remove my wisdom teeth. It was near the end of the month and I understand that it could be a big deal for the business to have a client come in and agree to $7000+ worth of work to meet monthly goals. I was never told that I could even send it to my insurance before agreeing to anything for them to do a pre-approval and to send an estimate of benefits. I reluctantly agreed to the deep cleaning and treatments on the right side of my mouth in order to take care of the broken tooth because I literally couldn't go around with a broken molar. I went back the same day to get the broken molar fixed along with some cavities on the top right of the mouth after the deep cleaning. I again waited for almost an hour with an appointment before being attended to because the dentist was working on someone else. It was not very professional to keep me waiting as long as I did both times that day. Kawana Agarwal was unable to repair the broken tooth because I kept feeling everything on the broken tooth. I am now aware that I was not numbed properly or profoundly. At the end of the appointment, my original issue of the broken tooth was not fixed. I was told that my only options were to agree to add on to the $7000 treatment plan an additional $3000+ root canal within the following days or wait with a broken tooth and a temporary filling (that fell out like two days later by the way) for 4 months when the traveling surgeon came again. It's absurd and convenient that the amount of services seemed to always match what I was "pre-approved" for on a line of credit. At the end of that very rushed hectic appointment, my fillings were overfilled, I was not numbed properly, told I needed a different expensive service immediately, and most importantly my broken tooth was not fixed. Then a month later I'm told I still owe money. I think that would make most people pretty upset. Imagine how much more upset I was when I went to a smaller family owned practice and after explaining my concerns and experience he almost immediately knew I was not numbed properly on the bottom molar. I paid less than one of the charges of Arestin without insurance to get the broken tooth fixed. I know I was not properly numbed by Aspen's dentist because it also took the family owned practice dentist actually hit the buccal nerve so I didn't feel the drilling. I was also given a second opinion on the periodontal disease and was told that I don't actually have it. He also adjusted my overfilled fillings. Imagine how much more upset I would be after googling and finding out that prescribing Arestin is a red flag of "for profit" dentists and countless negative reviews for Aspen Dental in general. I tried to be reasonable and understanding, but quite frankly I was just taken advantage of by Aspen to earn money from me as a patient. I would like for the the balance to be written off.
