I'll gladly give Aspen Dental of Flowood, MS a 1 star rating! And, the lonely star is simply for the patience and kindness of some staff. In short, this is a straight-up business. They do not care to help you outside of the bare minimum thay ensures money from your pocket to their hands. There is no explanation or expectation set when scheduling an appointment over the phone and although they expect YOU to be flexible (for example, when they need to reschedule you last minute), they are not flexible and understanding whatsoever. I had called and explained my situation, including the services needed and that I would be taking time off work and driving 2 hours (each way) for my appointment. They did NOT provide me the services requested on the day of my appointment but instead, quoted me at $9,900 for work "needed" and then charged me for basic x-rays and a check-up $120(ish) and told me that I'll have to set up another appointment for the services I had requested (which were included on their list of services "needed"). In addition, the credit card that THEY use/promote (and I begrudgingly agreed to 8 months ago, at a different Aspen location) lowered my available credit due to non-use and were unwilling to contact anyone to help reestablish/enable the once approved credit for the line. On top of this, the portion of expense charged for my prior service (at a different Aspen location and 8 months ago) was showing that I had a $2,300 balance due to nonpayment from my dental coverage when all was set and approved the day of service. This now caused the Flowood location to ask me for payment before committing to any of the requested services. Of course, this is being put on me to sort out and I have left 3 voicemails for the prior visited Aspen location, since (one a result of being asked to hold for "just a moment" followed by a forward to a messaging machine after holding for 30 minuites and without notice). This entire company is a joke. I'm over here in pain and with a huge gap in the front of my mouth, at a loss of work for the day and more frustrated than I have been in quite some time. Do better, MUCH BETTER, Aspen. I will make sure to share my experience with my extensive community network.

I was in severe pain yesterday and they were able to schedule me an appointment early this morning. They were able access the problem and fix it in a timely matter. I highly recommend seeing them for your dentistry needs!

Haley was not professional. I wasn't greeted in a professional manner always just whatever sign here. They're trying to steal my money. When I decided that I didn't trust them and wanted to another dentist. I paid them. 1899 and 831 to a specialist they did teeth whitening and a deep cleaning and are telling me that I only 300 back...their math doesn't add up. Stay away.

Horrible horrible service. They were not transparent about cost and treatment needed. Front desk staff extremely rude. Would not answer call or call back when left voicemail. They seemed really condescending and cold towards us. Told us something at the first appointment and then changed the information given on the second appointment in an extremely rude manner. Would not recommend.

Aspen dental in Round Rock gave me the best deal experience I've had in decades (full disclosure - the only one!) Obviously my teeth were suffering from neglect, but Dr. Kwak and her assistant Miriam quickly and expertly got my immediate problem squared away. I'll definitely be returning and I'll recommend Aspen to anyone that will listen.

Very rude people staff was not good they changed the family rules not family place . They don't do there jobs right they choke u with plaster cause they don't know what there doing,not a place I would ever go back to,they lie to the dr don't even see you each time, they change rules on you all the time and lie to people if I did already pay them 600+ I would go somewhere else..asap never again.

Fantastic. I am a wimp when it comes to dentists. Felt very at ease. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to talk and explain options. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable.

This place lied to me and my wife over charge you and can't do a good job at all,staff is very rude,dr won't even come see the people each visit the staff can't so there job at all .not a family place not some where I ever go .not good place not family place don't go bad staff..$$$$$?

I got a quote for two fillings from my regular dentist and they stopped taking my insurance so I was looking at $750 cash out of pocket for two fillings. I decided to go to aspen dental for a second opinion and told them I was shopping for a lower cost option. They quoted me $6500 for 2 fillings and a crown that I suddenly needed even though I had my regular dentist quote me 2 fillings just 2 weeks prior. They added on an electric tooth brush and adult Invisalign retainers to the quote and would not give me a detailed quote.. they Just handed me a sheet with $6500 total on it. These people are scammers.

Took the dentist no less than 3 times to properly install my crown and I was charged for each mistake. Been calling and calling for days trying to pay these people but I suppose they'd rather send the bill to collections. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Period.

I'm up at 4:30am thinking about this awful place again. The first permanent crown was insanely bulky, flat, and unlike my original tooth; they carved parts of my opposing, healthy tooth to fit this beast into my mouth; when I went back to approach them about fixing it, the manager tried to stiff arm me into leaving and then charge me just to image the damage and discuss it; the new "fixed" crown is bad, but not bad enough that I'll risk letting them operate on me again. I just hope someone else can help me with these new problems. I regret ever stepping into this used car dealership of a dental office.

All the ladies at this store were very helpful and kind. Made everything simple, to the point and took the time to work with me and figure out the best plan for my teeth AND wallet. 10/10 will recommend to any friends and to anyone else! I will definitely return yearly. Thank you to the entire aspen dental team!

The address on google is wrong instead of 2800 S I-35, it is 2800 N I-35 . I attached the screen shot, took me 40 min to look around and after I called my appointment got cancel and the person who I spoke with did not even care about my concern
