They swore up and down that they took my insurance and then called me 9 months later to let me know the insurance payment didn't go through. They're either incompetent or liars and neither are good.

Brittney, (the employee who took X-rays) was amazing. I have trouble with X-rays due to Tori and she took every precaution to make me comfortable and to make the process fast. Best experience I e ever had in a dentist office

My Amazon two star review. Work quality has always been very good, for that I'm grateful. Logistics started out well initially, but diminished toward the end. Communications are inconsistent and derogatory, I think I'm quite done there.

I bought an upper denture through a different dentist than this one, but my denture has broken. TWICE!!! and Aspen has fixed them both times, and they feel stronger than ever. They were fast, kind and respectful. 5 STARS!!!

The office staff and dental hygienist are really nice to work with. If you have a small mouth and/or gag reflex the dentist are not comfortable working with you.

Extremely quick service ! Called on a Friday , had an appt. the following Mon. Staff was extremely professional, courteous and helpful .. especially when I discovered that my ins. Didn't cover the service I wanted and needed ..they helped me attain excellent financing and will complete services in 3 days !! Love Aspen Dental!!

WOW! Was I surprised. I broke my bottom denture in half by biting a peach pit. I was devastated. Aspen dental repaired it the same day
