If you have a keen eye and ear, it's obvious all do is tell you the worse case scenario to get the biggest bill off you. They only want your money and don't truly care what's best for your teeth. I recommend finding another dentist. To reinforce the money statement, look to the comments and find the dude that got hit with a 22k bill. I got hit with a 14k because they wanted to take out my wisdoms that have never given me pain or problem. Let alone I get put on hold to only get hit with, what sounded like some kind of fast food advertisement talking about burgers and fries. Most unprofessionally dentistry I've ever been at. They are scam artists. Find somewhere else.

After taking the day off to go to the doctor and the dentist when I showed up at the dentist at 9:00 they said I had to be rescheduled because they had no hygienist. Instead of calling me and finding me another Aspen Dental first thing in the morning they waited till I came in and sent me to another Aspen Dental which was going to take 3 hours to get into. That would make me late for the doctor. That's not the way you go about taking care of business

the healing dentures are horrible,crooked teeth and dont fit over the gum,they didnt adjust the amt on my dental bill,didnt recieve the 30 cancer screening they charge,charge me full price on a extration that the tooth fell out way ahead of time

Aspen Dental in Roseville is the most incompetent dentist office on planet earth. I went in for a broken crown and ended up with 2 crowns and a root canal on a tooth that did not hurt me when I went in. If you go there hang on to your wallet.

I came into this place cuz Google and reviews for dentures with no insurance expressing my concerns I have a lot of cavities that are not in good condition my teeth are severely sensitive and discolored. I'm 40 years old I asked the dentist Victoria Lucas-Perry what are my options she gives me an option for over $22,000 and I asked about dentures because I can't afford that she says no I can't do dentures she dont pull healthy teeth theres risks if my teeth are so healthy whats the $22,000 for exactly? So the only option they give me is to pay over $22,000 this is one to place I would not recommend as they seem to only want my money not what's best for my life!

The staff was courteous and professional. Had a broken tooth and they fit me in, fixed that and other necessary treatment. My first time there but not my last. LaVel is a great hygienist and really nice guy!!

Horrible Experience - 1st time patient. I will never go back to this location. They're very poor at time management. And no one knows what's going on. They confirmed my FIRST APPOINTMENT not once, not twice, not three times BUT FOUR TIMES (including Jasmine the "manager" also emailing me to CONFIRM and welcome me) for Good Friday, April 15. I arrived and fill out the rest of my paperwork (took me like 2 mins). Then I'm waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. They took in some older lady right away who did NOT even have a scheduled appointment that day. The hygienist came out immediately. The receptionist stopped what she was doing to assist this woman who was treated like a VIP. I wasn't so lucky. After an HOUR they take X-Rays. Then I waited another HOUR for the dentist NOR the hygienist to NEVER SEE ME. The technician tells me oh it's going to be an even longer wait so we were just going to give you an appointment card for another day. WHAT?! You all are out of your minds if you think this is how you treat a CUSTOMER.Then now you're going to bill my insurance for x-rays that no one even looked at. I did NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THE SERVICES I SCHEDULED INCLUDING EXAM AND CLEANING. I am extremely disappointed and also still IN NEED OF DENTAL SERVICES.

Well where do i start. First, the people that work at Aspen Dental are very, very professional, so nice and sweet. It is very clean and they take the precautions to protect patients as well as themselves. From the ladies that sit at the front desk to the people in the back are all so nice. I will say, the Doctor that did my Extraction was AMAZING, so soft spoken, calm, professional. Even when i was freaked out inside the Doctor still was so sweet..She took her time to explain my procedure. And let me not forget my experience with the company billing Lady. Omg she is so sweet, she took her time to explain how much it will cost, made me feel comfortable. As a year past for some reason jaw still swollen a little but over all amazing service

They had me waiting for over an hour for my appointment somehow during that time 2 other people that showed up after me managed to get called back before I had. Just terrible. Never again.

The visit to Aspen Dental is very therow to making the best happen for teeth. I am a new customer and I haven't been to a dentist office were the appointment time has a little wait period. Best service I've had than when I was younger.

Friendly and courteous staff. Very helpful and understanding with my 80 year old dad. Patient and caring. The BEST music I've ever encountered in a dental care facility.
