I got x-rays and the doctor was great the first experience but then I tried to get info about an endodontic that is covered by my insurance and the front desk lady didn't seem to have a solution for me or the means to get the information and when I asked for a manager she said there wasn't one. I realize she might not have been able to help me but you can't just leave somebody in a situation like that when they're in pain and need help! I ended up figuring out this solution on my own but they get paid to help and it would've been a way easier time for me if they would have!

Consistently cancels appointments! The last 2 appointments I've had the appointment was cancelled just hours before and the rescheduled appointment was cancelled 15 minutes before I was to be seen. The lady covering the front desk had a terrible attitude! Would not recommend Aspen to anyone as I have numerous friends who are also seeking other providers because Aspen is not able to keep dentists on staff. Took months for them to give me my care credit refund. After going to a new dentist I found out Aspen lied about the level of care I needed for my teeth, the told me I had periodontal disease at age 29 & said I had 9 cavities, turns out I have 0 periodontal disease but 5 cavities. What were they going to do? Drill on healthy teeth? Very scary!

Without a doubt, the worst dental practice on the planet. My advice is to avoid this despicable place and go elsewhere. ANYWHERE would be preferable to Aspen Dental in Roseburg.

very poor communication from the team. they cancel at the last min several times but will not see you if you are 5 mins late. The hygienists are good but the some office staff is not reliable.

I arrived, filled out the documents, and they told me, I couldn't have my appointment due to their surgery schedule timing. Why couldn't they tell me earlier or before I left my house. Thanks for wasting my time and energy Aspen, Zero stars 000.

They are very pushy when it comes to their upselling of services. They tried to use scare tactics to pressure me into staying longer and having unnecessary work done. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and to my relief I didn't need half of what Aspen tried to sell me on. Also a heads up for anyone transferring out of there. Aspen is notorious for their unreliable sending of records. It took me 3 attempts before I gave up and payed out of pocket for new x-rays.

Very pleasant experiences here overall. However, I tried to pick up treatment items for my husband and was told they were already picked up (untrue, as he hadn't stopped by since his last appointment.) Then I tried to pay my husband's bill, of which he told me was supposed to be $25, but it was $128. I'm not sure why I was told by the receptionist that his items were picked up already, and why he was told an inaccurate billing amount. He had to call them and explain everything, and then I finally left with his additional treatment items.

I recently had to change dentists to comply with my insurance and "in network" dentists. I'm happy I chose Aspen Dental. From my online experience, to scheduling and speaking with their gal on the phone, it was top notch. My visit was "different" due to the recent Covid-19 issues, but it went well, the people who work here are friendly, professional and informative. AND....they don't waste time, I appreciate that very much. Appointment was right on schedule! Thank you Aspen Dental.

I went to Aspen Dental for a cleaning, and they do a complimentary full exam and X-rays. Perfect for my stipend Medicare flex card. The exam they say showed several deep pockets up to 6 millimeters deep of periodontal disease with blood and pus coming out and bone loss. I thought that very strange because I never had any pain or discomfort and no bleeding when I brush. The treatment plan was almost three thousand dollars spread over three visits. There was no possible way I could pay for that or even make payments on a credit application they asked me to fill out. I survive on social security alone. They refused to separate any treatments that I could cover with my flex card and refused to give me antibiotics for my obvious they tell me "infection". So I left. Went to another dentist in town that charges on a sliding scale by income. Their X-rays showed no bone loss, the exam showed no periodontal disease, and "minimal plaque and minimal calculus, well taken care of teeth". The hygienist found no blood or pus and no pockets deeper than 3 millimeters, and also commended me on a job well done taking care of my teeth. Draw your own conclusions, but personally I think they're frauds. And looking at some of these other reviews they make a habit of over diagnosing and under treating.

Consistently cancels appointments! The last 2 appointments I've had the appointment was cancelled just hours before and the rescheduled appointment was cancelled 15 minutes before I was to be seen. The lady covering the front desk had a foul attitude! Not the kind younger gal but an older lady who needed an attitude adjustment! Would not recommend Aspen to anyone as I have numerous friends who are also seeking other providers because Aspen is not able to keep dentists on staff.

I had rated this office as 5 stars but months later I still don't have my crowns...there are two dentists associated with this branch and they are consistently not available and as a result you get a call the night before canceling your appointment...except I didn't get a call as the staff member had scheduled an appt but didn't put it on the schedule so I drove the 30 miles (round trip) and was told once again that there would was no dentist available... the office staff is great but it doesn't matter if they cancel my treatment again and again. They are basically holding my crowns hostage... I was told I could go to other offices... more than an hour away.. but I have already paid for the crown and their installation...

If you are in need of dental care, I recommend that you look at any other option, other than Aspen Dental. DO NOT TRUST YOUR MEDICAL CARE TO THESE QUACKS! Aspen Dental is nothing more than a denture mill! I had some dental issues addressed at another location several years ago that seemed to go well, so I thought I would have an infected tooth treated at the Roseburg location. After unduring 45 minutes of very painful, unnecessary (and unwanted) x-rays and pareadontal exam that had absolutely no relevance to the treatment of my infected tooth, I finally get to see the dentist! The dentist looks at my tooth and tells me he is going to pull it. I respond that I am concerned that as a result of other teeth that have been preveously pulled, I will not have any rear opposing teeth left to chew with. I told him that I am aware that I need to be looking a replacement options down the road, but that I was not ready to make a big commitment today, and wanted to get the tooth infection under control today with antibiotics, and get the tooth pulled in a couple weeks. The dentist states that he will go look at my xrays and "see what he can do". He then goes to the patient next door who evidently had a concern with dentures, and proceeded to talk down to him and berate him about his concern. About twenty minutes later, the dentist sauntered back in to the room and anounced he is ready to pull the tooth. Once again I tell him I don't want the tooth pulled today, and he responds that since I did not follow the $40,000.00 "restoration recomaditions" from my office visit several years ago at another location, he was not willing to prescribe antibiotics for the infection ,and the ONLY option is to pull the tooth so I HAVE to get dentures. I guess he showed me who is in charge! When I asked how I was supposed to chew for the next 3 to 6 months while waiting for dentures he stated "we recommend a soft diet". After hearing what the patient in the next room had to go through trying to talk to the dentist about denture concerns,, and hearing the arrogant response from the dentist, I knew that there was no way I would get into a long term financial relationship with them! If you want professional service don't go here! I don't have many rear teeth left to chew The dentist

Both the office and dental staff in this office are incredible. I have had one good experience after another with the year of pretty significant dental work I needed. Not only that, the office staff has spent hours working with my insurance, as the treatments were being denied when they shouldn't have been. Turned out that the information on the insurance's end was wrong in their (Blue Cross's) system, but the Aspen staff still spent the time to get it all straightened out. Every time I chatted with them, they were incredibly upbeat and professional, even though that had to have been a frustrating process. I drive over to this office from Coos Bay after too many bad experiences here. I will continue to do so, as the atmosphere in this office makes it worth the time. Thank you!

The worst dental experienceS (not just one experience). The only bright star in the practice is the hygienist- who is GREAT! And is the only reason we've stuck it out there. my husband and I have been using this dental service for two years. There's been four cleanings, multiple fillings and a capped tooth rebuilt, capped and rebuilt again and capped again. The office staff has continually bungled our paperwork and insurance needs- in the summer it led to more than $2,000.00 out of pocket cost for me after they incorrectly referred me to to an oral surgeon- I wanted the oral surgery, but needed them to refer in a way my insurance accepted they failed to do so multiple times. I've spent hours dealing with the staff both in person and on the phone save yourself the headache and go to a more professional practice. We certainly will after today's visit.

The first thing I did was to read the reviews as I am a customer of many years. Thru these years I have had lots of problems with my dentures. First thing the top plate is so thick and heavy they are like having a bar bell in your mouth. The lower plate is so thin and brittle that they have broken many times. At first I returned to the Roseburg to have fixed. It took all day to get them back but I thought that wasn't bad. The repair lasted about 1 hour. Returned to the office the next day they tried again but failed I had to super glue them back together. They have broken many times (5-7) . I do not know why I had implant s as my dentures never locked in I went back for adjustment multiple times and got know where . I have been dealing with the junk for over 6yrs. Do not use Aspen Dental of Roseburg. The comments from the owner in the review section is always the same contact the complaint center. He sounds truly concerned (NOT,) I was charged for visits for alignments that the implants did not even lock in. What a waste of my money!!!!!!! Owners response will be did you contact the help center what a jurk.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was very disappointed that they didn't tell me that the surgeon was out for 2 weeks, if they had told me I would have gone elsewhere to have a bad tooth pulled.

I couldn't be more happy. The staff is great. Professional, caring, and super efficient. Got a partial denture from them 4 years ago and super happy with it. Broke a tooth the other day and they got me right in. They quickly evaluated what needed to be done and I was scheduled for the soonest possible appointment.
