Dr. Myers and the entire staff at the Rome, NY Aspen Dental were Amazing! They listened to my needs and addressed them. Having had broke my partial just prior to an important event, they made every effort to get my smile back by creating a new partial for me. I am well pleased with their service and would highly recommend this location for your dental services.

I broke a tooth in July 2022. I called and they got me right in the next day..free. Since they don't accept my insurance i am private pay. I needed to see the Endodontist to see if I needed a root canal $$$. He sent me for another xray of the tooth$$$ Since no one called me I called 2 weeks later and was told the Endodontist was on vacation and they would call me back. I waited a few weeks, still no call back. I called again, still no call back. I called again, still no call back. I called AGAIN, still no call back. I called another dentist and made a new patient appointment for next week. 2 days shy of waiting 8 weeks for a call back, they finally called me. TO LATE. I would give a negative star if I could.

I was very unhappy with my visit today. My first scheduled appt. Was too late in the day to have my dentures relined so I rescheduled to today for an earlier start. I arrived,did x-ray and consult but then was told they couldn't do the reline today. So now I miss another day of work and double travel. This adds up to hundreds of dollars of wage loss along with my time. The staff was friendly but somewhere someone misinformed me. Once I'm finished I won't be returning to Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental in Rome is amazing. The staff is friendly and make you feel comfortable. The equipment is astounding, modern, clean and makes everything seem so much calm and efficient. They are young and competent. Totally nonjudgmental about me not having gone to a dentist in years. I was nervous going in but my fears evaporated. I will be comfortable going back.

I love when I walk into the door the staff are very friendly and very kind and the place is clean I felt comfortable. And if you've got any questions that you are concerned about your appointment or have a question before your appointment they are Very welcome about your questions or concerns to answer. Thank you

Very clean and nice staff, I personally have never been through as much pain in my life. I had five total teeth removed and one crown. I also was fitted for upper and lower partials. My mouth hurts everyday and I can't wear the partials at all unless I want to be in pain. I went back for an adjustment and that was useless. My partials are metal and I asked why and was told I chose them. Funny I was never asked. Now I have a $2,223 dollar finance so I have to pay that off before I can find another dentist . Also keep getting bills from them when I financed through them. Never again don't go there.

They don't allow you to schedule a cleaning. You have to come in for an exam first, during which you'll see the hygienist and get a treatment plan. Then schedule a cleaning for another time in a separate visit. Who can take time off work TWICE just to get a teeth cleaning?

Don't use them if you'll need to get x rays to give to your normal dentist. They've lied to me about sending the x-rays twice and are delaying further medical care.

Excellent from start to finish. Able to see me within three hours to repair a missing front tooth. So happy with the results. Thank you Aspen staff.

Aspen Dental in Rome is excellent I highly recommend them I'm having some caps put on my teeth and the doctor there is excellent and dental hygienist is wonderful I would definitely go there 4 MI whole family dental care they've got my business from here on out . I am very satisfied , they got me in a timely fashion the doctor that did the work did an excellent job. the lady that clean my teeth did a wonderful job and did it with care and compassion and got me out in a very timely manner also , again I'm very satisfied thank you Aspen Dental 4 giving me my smile back . sincerely Kim DeVoe.

Big warning! Do not get your crown in Aspen dental. I had my crown done in Aspen and it is hideous. The crown is small, does not line up with my gums. Doctor assured me that the crown will be perfect. It turns out that was just a lie to get the money from me. I asked for a redo, not only no redo but they also banned me from their services. Luckily, my insurance is great and I was able to make a claim. Horrific experience, I will repeat, do NOT go there.

I'd go somewhere else, but they've already charged the dental care card for my crown. Today is the 2nd apt I've had there. Both times I've been sore after, but this time the pain is horrible and I have a hole in my tongue. The Dr never gave after career said anything about accidently getting my tongue. I was told to salt rinse... that's all. The pain is like an 8 and I am having a hard time eating and drinking. This was just a crown prep.... will not be going back after all of this is done.

I was very impressed with the way Aspen Dental operated. The layout was clean, well kept and high tech. The staff were courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I also appreciate the welcome phone call I received after my first visit. My second visit was equally great. Keep up the good work.
