I don't like going to the dentist, but the people at Aspen make it easy and with no pain. They go over all your options and find the best that fits your budget.

Highly do not recommend these dentists. They have ad for "emergency walk ins" and do not fix anything for you. Visited there yesterday after work. They would not see me. Told me to come back at 7:30 AM as a "walk in". 2 hours later, saw the dentist and she spent 2 minutes with me and said she could not help me that day and that I had to reschedule. I had a loose crown. That's it. A crown had come free and she could do nothing. Said she had to build it back up and I would have to get a new crown about 3 weeks later. She also wanted to refer me to an oral surgeon, although she had no idea what was wrong with me. Very poor and uneducated service. Do not, I repeat, do not go here.

What a wonderful experience I had at Aspen Dental in Rogers, Ar. My lower partials did not fit correctly. I went to Aspen and they adjusted them for me. Now I am pain free. I would Highly suggest anyone needing their teeth worked on to get an appointment with them. I can't say enough about the care I was shown. Thank you so much Aspen Dental!

Emergent appointment, prompt scheduling and then after the preliminary assessment I was scheduled for a 7AM-->all day procedure due to the distance I must travel. Professional and ethical staff. Great personalities. I am very glad I picked Aspen. Glad Aspen could accommodate me so quickly.

I'm an OTR Truck Driver and as always we get the short end of the stick. Not only do we constantly have to work but an emergency will always catch us in an unknown state. So I called to ask a question bcs I woke up with a swollen cheek, had to drive 11 hrs in pain, getting worse by the minute & the receptionist didn't even want to answer my questions! Sorry for all of you folks that hate us Truck Drivers but have you ever thought about "What if"? What if we wouldn't sacrifice our life everyday to meet these ridiculous unrealistic schedule timlines they impose on us, nobody would be able to buy anything including me, where would you get your food & decorations for that event you're celebrating? Or medications? We actually go through the sacrifice so you can live better, let me take out of my sleep to continue calling around the area to see who can help me. Ohh and b4 I get the hateful Karen's with their condescending attitude & comments, the filling came out of my top molar, got infected thus got the swelling. I'm almost close to my home time off but life decided it had to be now versus later.

Found out that my temporary cap needed to be changed out with a permanent one. The doctor and his assistant at the time of the appointment (08/31/2022 11:15 am) took care of the problem very gently and with care and got my permanent cap put in. Very good staff that took care of me. I love my new tooth . Thank you

I went in first thing in the morning for denture repair. The staff was all super nice and they had me repaired and ready to go in an hour. The price was extremely affordable!! I will use them from now on for all my denture needs.

The staff and dentist are great. The dentures are expensive and have no lab quality control. Very disappointing. I am here today to get my new dentures looked at and see what they will do to fix the problem. Poorly made. I will post a update. ** Just left office, very happy to get a full refund. They did stand by their guarantee. Thank you for that.

I really appreciated the staffs friendly and positive attitudes. I can tell they like tworking. The dental hygienist was great.she did a great job. All staff were accommodating, The front desk has the most efficient staff, the dentist I had there answered all my questions and her kind and caring personality, plus her gentle accessment, I really appreciated. I highly recommend Aspen for any dental issues.
