UPDATE! Well even through the customer care was good. Once I got the bill I literally CAME OUT OF POCKET for EVERYTHING. I thought Aspen would have checked to make sure the services they RECOMMENDED and PERFORM would be covered but NOPE. Majority of the service was NOT COVERED SERVICES . Thanks for making it sound good but beat my pockets up! I really don't know where to start! It's the amount of care, comfort, and all around patience these women in this facility has! From Monica the hygienist to Shauna the treatment plan coordinator those women are God-given angels on earth the amount of pain and discomfort that I walked into their building with on September 27 2022 was completely unbearable to the point where I myself wanted to break down in tears like I was the night before but once I got the privilege of being treated and cared for by Aspen dental in Rockford my pain is gone and it didn't cost me an arm and leg for my service! BIG shout out to Aspen dental in Rockford. They have an A++ in my book!

Best experience ever. The journey has been long to get to end result of getting dentures and Aspen Dental has made it well worth my struggle. Bri was awesome and very sweet. Thank you Aspen Dental

I love having my teeth cleaned here by Monica. She is very caring, concerned about oral health, helpful, and she has a great personality. I'm 60 years old and have been to many hygienists. Monica is the best one I've encountered and I look forward to seeing her.

After entering Rockford Aspen Dental East State location, I was greeted by patient service representative Jessi. Jessi quickly processed my payment for my scheduled teeth cleaning. After a brief wait, dental hygienist Monica lead me to the teeth cleaning station (a separate room with a comfy dental chair complete with video monitor). Monica was both professional and personable during the cleaning procedure, explaining the steps along the way. A short visit by the dentist concluded this part of my visit. This was just to see if I had any questions or concerns. Before leaving, I met with patient service representative Amanda who kindly updated my insurance information (my employer switched dental insurance providers from Cigna to Delta Dental) and scheduled my next appointment. All in all, a pleasurable visit.

Made appointment on a Monday afternoon for a Wednesday morning cleaning. Received verification email which I confirmed on Tuesday morning. Called Wednesday morning before appt. to find out they cancelled it with no other appts available.

Very quick to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. All of the staff were super friendly and informative, especially Monica who did my cleaning.

I have incredibly high anxiety with going to the dentist, which resulted in me avoiding them until I had a very painful dental emergency. I was able to schedule online and get an appt first thing the next day. The dental assistant Maddie made sure that the x-ray and impressions were done accurately and with as little pain/discomfort possible. Dr. Obi was very gentle during the exam and very conversational and approachable while discussing treatment plans. Shauna helped talk me through insurance/payment options in words I could actually understand. She got everything processed quickly and sent me with a lot of useful material. Last, Angie was available immediately to do a deep clean, she made it completely painless, despite my very VERY sensitive gums/teeth. I was originally skeptical because Aspen is a "chain", but I will not go anywhere else after the great experience I had today.

My experience at aspen dental has been nothing but great! Dr.M is awesome , witty and likes to laugh which makes me comfortable with the whole nerve wracking dental visits. Lilly is very patient and very understanding . Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and inviting!!! Thank you to all!!!

Have gone here 3 times, Each time was filled with absolute dread. The staff each time have really been welcoming and put you at ease. They seem to really want to take care of their patients. Explain procedures very thoroughly. Monica the Hygienist is super nice. Would recommend!

I had an Appointment on the 6th of June but it was canceled because the hygienist was not in. I used a vacation day to be able to make that Appointment. So it turns out I wasted a vacation day for nothing. So we rescheduled for the 13th at 11:00. I left work at 10:00 and a little while after that I noticed a new voice mail from Aspen. So I called in and they said my Appointment was at 10:00 which it was not. I have very large concerns about the competance of the staff at Aspen. It seems to me when they make a mistake they don't care how much it inconveniences the patient.

I Have had nothing but good experiences with aspen dental today I was in fior a second relining and lily was great and cared about my needs would recommend to anyone needing dental care thanks lily and aspen dental

I can't put any number lower than 1. If you have blue cross insurance then call ahead of time before you have any treatment. I went in, got an estimate and paid that in full for extraction, temporary dentures and permanent dentures. I received a 2700.00 doller bill in the mail about 2 weeks after I got everything done. I called aspen dental and they had told me that it was a discount for using blue cross blue shield. My insurance already paid 900.00 out for all the work that was done. Aspen dental told me that it is my responsibility to pay this after I already paid in full. The kicker is that I have temporarily dentures that don't fit and aspen dental will not see me intill that 2700.00 discount is paid. I've called my insurance company and they told me that the dentist that is on my estimate is covered but the dentist who actually performed all the extractions isn't cover. I've been getting the run around for sometime now. It is getting to the point for my attorney to get Involved and the better business bureau. I will not refer anyone to aspen dental. JUST AN UPDATE, aspen dental made good on this review. They helped me with any concerns I had and fixed all my problems.
