My MIL had an appointment but we aren't really sure what the purpose was if we had to wait 45 minutes before even being seen at all. Came with 2 kids and no value of people's time. Previous location fixed her dentures and gave directly to her. We came back the next day and they insisted we have an appointment. Pretty disappointed.

All the staff at the chery rd. Office in Rock Hill Sc were very friendly and helpful. They made the experience of dealing with insurance actually easy and pleasurable. And I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

First visit took a long time but everyone was pleasant and They worked with me until I could get all that I needed done at a reasonable price

I'd give no stars if possible. I had an appointment for 2. It was supposed to be for two teeth bothering me that I needed pulled and to talk about implants. I waited an hour and half in horrible pain only to be told he had 4 other patients that he needed to see and he didn't have time. I called clover smiles and they were so nice and understanding. I was in and out with both teeth pulled in less than 45 minutes as a walk in patient. Don't schedule patients if you don't have the time. I will never go back here and will tell everyone possible to never come to this location.

Made an appointment for this location more than a month ago,but when I showed up at my scheduled time the door was locked and no one was inside. I am genuinely confused as to why the system allowed me to make an appointment when no one was going to be there.

I drove from Charlotte to my appointment, which I had scheduled two months in advance. They called the day before my appointment to confirm my insurance coverage. When I arrived, I checked in, and they informed me that they had made a mistake and that my insurance would not be accepted while I was already seated in the dentist chair; so I had to leave and it was a waste of time

My clear aligners experience with this office was TERRIBLE!!!!! After waiting 4 months to get my clear aligners trays because they forgot to process them. Mid treatment I go in for a scheduled visit and to get remaining trays, I was met in the lobby and informed that I can't be seen because the Dentist is no longer with the company. Also my remaining trays has magically disappeared from their office and I was on the last weekly tray in my possession. So now my treatment will get paused maybe another 4 months to await trays. I reached out to Corporate office, no help there. She only called the Rock Hill office on 3 way and got off the line so I could discuss the incident with the office manager. My options were I could wait on some more trays to get made and finish my treatment 50 miles away or wait on them to get a certified dentist for clear aligners in their office which may take a couple of months I informed them I wanted a refund and it's been over 2 weeks and no one has reached out to me, to attempt to make this right.

Only my 1st visit, but so friendly and very good vibes! Dr. Gregory has my husband wanting to go to the dentist :).. Can't wait for my journey to begin!!

All of the staff is courteous and respectful. Love this place!! No judgement on what you have going on with your dental situation. They just look for a solution to get your smile back in place. Thank you to all the staff!! You are all amazing!!

Went to get dentures one week. Their equipment was down so we rescheduled. That was fine. During that time I got an infection in another tooth. I went to an emergency clinic and they gave me antibiotics. It cleared up the day of my rescheduled appointment with Aspen. I was hoping they could take care of the tooth, considering I had already made a down payment on dentures I was yet to be fitted for. They wouldn't pull it with out a referral. Uh, I'm referring myself? A clinic had been doing work for me at a cheaper rate, but they don't pull molars. So Aspen needed a referral from them. I had to do all leg work for that. Which I did get eventually. I never went back to Aspen. I found a dentist to help. Don't send someone away in pain. Done penalize someone like that. It was debasing and they are gross!

DONT CARE FOR PATIENTS WELL-BEING!!! They are all about the money! I had to switch to a new dental clinic and put off getting my tooth pulled for 6 months because I moved to rock hill and my old dentist was over an hour away.. my old dentist told me I need my tooth removed because it caused me pain every single day. So I came here thinking they can remove it since it's a simple extraction. They sent me all over RockHill to different specialists telling me I need a root canal and what not. I went back to the specialist my old dentist suggested and I'm PAIN FREE for the FIRST TIME IN YEARS!

My experience at Aspen Dental in Rockhill was amazing, everyone was so friendly. They were very professional and direct, they made sure my needs were accommodated promptly. I couldn't asked for a greater experience. Thank you Aspen Dental of Rockhill.

The staff was friendly and helpful. You do not get you dentures in one day as with other places but that is okay. I will post more when I receive my new dentures.
