Aspen Dental has always been my choice. Everyone on staff is super friendly and demonstrates patience to their clients. Dr. Bosha is the best at the Greece location Rochester N.Y. I always recommend this Dental office because they are a team like no other.

The dentist is very nice but some of the staff is as rude as it gets. The person taking x-rays is the rudest ,she smells like cigarettes, pretty gross . The staff in chili is so nice , never expected this one. I won't go back to this office , I don't need to pay a ton of money to feel uncomfortable.

I visited the dentist to repair two cavities. The service was excellent. My concern is that I had other work done recently in the same area and the dentist did not notice the decay. This concerns me. They should be proactive.

Needed a form and their sign says they are open until five. Showed up at 4 45 and they are closed. By the way... This form is so that my new dentist can actually fix all the problems caused by this dentist. Aspen dental put in fillings wrong and never addressed issues with my front teeth. This place is a joke. It's the Walmart of dentistry and they don't care about their customers (note, I said customers and not patients. That's what you are here).

Dr.Tin and Dr.Basha are the best.They make sure your smile looks absolutely perfect.I am always getting compliments on my teeth.I recommend aspen dental to everyone. Hands down they are the best.

This place shouldn't even have a star. My wife went to have their wisdom teeth removed. They're deaf and signed to her she would be put to sleep during this procedure. She was not put to sleep and before they jammed those equipments in her mouth she was trying to communicate and ask what they were doing. The dentist completely ignored her and pushed her face to the seat and did the procedure. She had no idea what was going on and was pushed down once trying to communicate. Will never go back! Don't go unless you like being pushed to the side and have no rights of communicating. This place does not deserve absolutely any stars and I feel truly bad for any deaf person that sets foot into this building!

Do not use unless you want to have a service done twice. I had to schedule with another dentist the second I left to have my filling fixed.

Today I was greeted with "You have a past due balance" in the presence of other clients of Aspen Dental. I was insulted; wrong time and place and it was untrue. After showing the receptionist that the bill had been paid, I felt the tone of the broadcasted 'accusation' warranted an apology, but none was forthcoming. Let me elaborate on this overdue payment. I received a bill in April (it is now mid June) that I called Aspen about. I needed an explanation. The person with whom I spoke consulted with someone and came back to me saying I should not have been billed and it would be taken care of by Aspen. A couple of weeks ago I received a request for payment from a collection agency! I spoke with Aspen and was told the original bill had included a line item that was in fact billable. I IMMEDIATELY issued payment directly to Aspen as the person with whom I spoke also said there was no evidence that Aspen had engaged a collection agency to collect from me. I recognize that this background information may not be apparent (or of concern) to an intake person, but I felt put upon knowing I had not been negligent in my fiduciary responsibility.

I've visited Aspen dental today, 5/2/2022, for a consultation to inquire about tooth extractions. It was a pleasant visit. I was a little nervous at first because of COVID-19. When I arrived, some people were not wearing mask. However, the dentist and a dental assistant wore mask, and assured me the utensils, and the medical equipment was sanitized and safe. I had a lot of questions, and everyone was more than happy to answer them. That put me at rest and I felt safe. In addition, the prices wasn't bad either. Oh yeah I've visited Aspen dental on W. Ridge Rd., Rochester New York. If you have some issues with your teeth, give them a visit, but call first.
