HORRIBLE. I went in for an exam after they told me they accepted my insurance. They came up with a treatment plan that was over $4,0000.00 more than my insurance covered. (which is a problem I've never run into before incidentally, as I have great dental benefits) So next, they wanted me to apply for credit to cover the balance which I foolishly did. I decided against using this credit as the cost was too high, but lo and behold, shortly after that I started receiving bills for almost $800.00. Their janky finance company Comenity bank- (IYKYK) is the absolute worst. I had the outsourced bill collectors calling me ten times a day for money I don't owe. I explained the situation to them, and they told me I had to contact Aspen, which I tried to do but was never able to reach a live person, and my messages were not returned. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Please take my advice and stay far, far away unless you have extremely deep pockets and unlimited time to waste.

Everyone I interact with on my first visit was very helpful all the staff makes you feel like Hollywood. No pressure with anything I would recommend anyone to go there because they won't let u down

This dentist office will literally steal from you! Mislead you and overcharge you and then start ignoring you when you try to call! Seek elsewhere please

Started going to Aspen Dental after change of insurance. Was going to Eastman Dental & hated it there. It was terrible. Aspen Dental seems to get things done faster. I just started going there last week and very impressed. Plus it is close to home.

221 reviews for a dentist office that is a franchise? I find it hard to believe. I made an appointment...was blown away by the business model that is partial to a mouth of bad teeth. Not me. I was given the bums-rush of 5 min "comprehensive exam". Also, this is a two appointments office, which means one day for xrays and one for cleaning. Look online for the lawsuit and read the contents. Based on my experience I will not be a patient.

Friendly, quick service with very complete X rays done for me as a new patient to this location. Scheduled needed follow-up for 3 days later, which was first available slot for fillings. Clean office, competent staff, Dr. took the time to give complete, clear answers to several questions.

Very overpriced , they don't disclose or explain pricing. Very money hungry to run your credit and get paid for things for they don't explain . Was not pleased with the experience . I left in more pain because my dentist was extremely rough . My problem still not resolved and I'm out $600 just for a deep cleaning . I'm upset .

One of the worst dentist offices I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Was left waiting for a simple checkup over an hour by the main dentist. Then was recommended a slew of treatments that I didn't need. Due to moving I've had four exams this year with four separate dentists; the other three did not recommend me the treatments that this dentist did. Main dentist also argued with me about my treatment plan with my oral surgeon, told me my oral surgeon's plan was wrong, and argued with me when I tried to tell her no one else recommended her treatment plan. Extremely unprofessional trying to pull business away from my oral surgeon whom I already have had treatment with and I trust. She didn't really fill me with confidence either as she started asking if I as a dental assistant, when she was reading the dental assistants remarks on a form instead. Dentist also ignored everything and said and just pitched her own expensive treatment plan (I was only in there to get a cleaning and a couple of old silver filling replaced). The dental assistants didn't even know how to take blood pressure properly. At least the front staff was kind and courteous, but that's about it. They're little better than scam artists, using free xray and exam to get you in the door then sell you on expensive treatments you don't even need. Don't let the slick front office fool you, avoid at all costs.
