Horrible place to get service. RUN RUN RUN. As a new patient they are willing to help but as soon as you have a complaint about service, they don't want to rectify the situation. Seems like they only care about is what you can pay them. There response is always call the patient response team however, it turns out that the same person that I had issues with is the response team. I'll be out there in front of there place picketing really soon.

Beware of dealing with this location. We were charged for a procedure Invisalign that wasn't completed. We were charged thousands of dollars and they refused to refund us our money. What a SCAM business. Jessica from billing is a horrible employee who lacks customer service skills and is always out to lunch and never return phone calls. She states that there is no one else above her. Very horrible customer service. We will be looking at legal options.

Staff is very hostile especially when you want something. They sent the wrong records to my wife's other dentist. Never call back and trying to call them is a headache. The dentist and orthodontist try to make you do what they want and argue with you when you bring in a second opinion. The staff is extremely rude. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even someone I hate. A rude bunch of bully's that are only interested in how much money they can milk out of you. Expect to receive bills for things you already paid for.

This used to be a great place to get my teeth cleaned and my procedures done. However slowly loosing hope scheduling my cleanings have been tricky with ever changing hygienists shifts. Already rescheduled twice in 6 months because of this reason already overdue a year on my cleaning as it is next openings jan 2023. And having to schedule babysitting and change plans too. :( Please do better aspen.

THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!! DO NOT COME HERE!! THEY'LL RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND THEY WON'T BILL YOUR INSURANCE AND GIVE ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU!!

When the guy keeps repeating "I don't know" during your appointment it doesn't instill a sense of calm in a phobic customer, it made me very anxious... but I did survive. He needs to work on his communications skills... Seriously

Dr. Yoon is a kind, compassionate and highly skilled dentist. I highly recommend him. Friendly, professional staff! This review wouldn't be complete without adding my experience with Kate, the dental hygienist. She was nothing short of masterful- I had been overdue for a cleaning and she put me right at ease and did a wonderful job. Her professionalism and kindness were immediately apparent to me, I truly couldn't wait to write this review! If I could give Kate 100 stars I would. Thank you Kate and thank you Aspen!

I went to this practice once when they first opened and I wish I had reported them. After a new patient visit and cleaning I was told I had 4 cavities. I thought that was a little odd because I didn't notice anything. I decided to go to a different dentist and after an exam, they told me I had no cavities. I also had a dental emergency years later and went to the Portsmouth office. The dentist immediately attempted to start drilling after giving me novacaine. I had to stop him and told him to wait. Maybe these offices have changed but I would never, ever go to another Aspen Dental. Ever.

Pleased with the new Somersworth office. Friendlier, more professional then the Rochester office. had a 37 yr old filling replaced today and the Dr and his assistant made it pleasant. I barely felt the novacaine shot. i didn't feel any of my usual anxiety and look forward to future visits.

As a disabled patient (Jeff) with ptsd as I have explained to every other tech working on me dental work is difficult Dr park was scheduled to finally give me extraction of 3 bad teeth and receipt of my long awaited bridge. After a brief intro dr park started injection to numb area I was experiencing severe pain and was trying to get him to stop He said this is going to hurt and continued by holding me down. Something snapped and i just remember seeing my feet flailing and then I remember screaming in his face to stop hurting me. It must have been fight or flight reaction. Now they refuse to give me the bridge I paid for by refunding my 500 dollars for that visit I and insurance have paid alot of money to get to the bridge stage. It was already done and they would not let me have it so another dentist can do the extractions. In addition I now have a hernia that I never had and my legs are even weaker than before. I am very sorry for what happened. Im a big guy and may have hurt Dr. Park without even knowing what i was doing. I recommend that you review patient files prior to a visit. In addition dentistry is a voluntary action we seek. You had no right to forcefully hold me down and you should stop when a patient indicated they wish you to stop as i did grabbing your injecting arm and you telling me dont do that this is going to hurt. I would ask that you give me the bridge so I have not wasted `all this time and anxiety it took to get to this stage. I understand you wont see me at any aspen office now. All you had to be was be a sympathetic human and stop at my protestations.

Literally the worst dental place I've been to , their staff is rude and they are so unprofessional at scheduling people. Poor communication. I had a crown prep done and was informed to wait 3 weeks for my permanent crown to come and I follow up 3 weeks later they tell me it's delayed , so I call back 4 weeks later and they keep telling me it's delayed .. later on I had to speak with concord office manager to find out the prep was never even sent out cause they want to do a root canal on me but never scheduled me for it ... I waited 4 weeks for nothing and just kept being told its still in the lab when it was never even sent out. Now I'm back at this office to do another prep and extract at 5pm and they tell me THE DAY OF that they wanted me to come in at 2pm so the doctor can have more time and that 5pm is close to closing time(6pm). I said no because I have a baby and planned for a babysitter at 5pm , the office manager said that's fine the doctor can work with 5pm ... now I'm worried if my teeth are going to be rushed because he does not have enough time to do a prep and extract.

Owner is nice and I believe cares. Everyone else, especially front office are rude, (except for SL if you get here you're fine in that area I guess) and are clearly not happy working there. Lie, don't do what they say they will and then get short and rude with you when you are upset with that. Go somewhere else, not worth it here. Maybe even another aspen, but not here.
