First appointment experience. It looks like Aspen just wants to sit you down and point out a bunch of things they can schedule you for. I had to book 3 months in advance to get seen. I asked to be on their list to fill cancellations and never heard back about that. But after my exam they have scheduling availability for the next day or multiple days next week to do follow up procedures for me. This was the only time in 20 years of going to the dentist in the USA that they didn't do a basic cleaning before an oral exam. I rarely have cavities, and never have tooth or gum pain, but the dentist immediately suggested scheduling procedures for 7 or 8 teeth! My dentist was clueless. I brought in my night guard just to check the fit and she looked at it like she never saw one before, and then asked me to explain to her how the other dentist made it! It is a completely standard anti grinding night guard that any dentists office will make you! I was shocked it was very bizarre My appointment was an hour long and by the time I got to scheduling the next one, no one had entered my insurance into their system and I was given a bill for full price procedures. Another suspicious business mistake. I scheduled to have a cleaning done and see another dentist at the same facility because they had a ton of availability now but I definitely do not recommend at this point

So I went in on my new patient visit first time and I was in and out less then 30minutes now it does sound good but was the issue solved I don't think so. I'm telling the pregnant doctor it's not my wisdom tooth and she insist that it is.. write me a prescription and send me on my way. I had so many more questions but her attitude wasn't giving what it was suppose to give they didn't make sure I was comfortable and felt okay with the conclusion I will take the antibiotics hopefully it works and I can come back and update my review but I have a strong feeling they just mis diagnosed me but only time will tell so I'll check back next week

The staff was great, and the dentist was very informative along with the manager who goes over the treatment and cost with you. It was a very pleasant visit considering the previous bad experience's I had with other dentists.

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental. Every step was explained in great detail. They were not judgmental. Everyone was nice and pleasant. My new dental home.

I went in to have a broken tooth extracted. They found another tooth in bad shape as well so I opted to have them both removed. The absolute worst experience I have EVER had at a dentist. The first tooth went ok but the second was never completely numbed and I was told I just had to bare it. I was originally quoted 138 each to remove the teeth and they charged me 240 each. Once I was in I really had no choice. They made it perfectly clear they were only interested in money, not my comfort. I felt like I was part of an assembly line and will NEVER ever return. If I had more time on my hands I would sue.

Everyone was super nice. You can tell they all care about what they do. This dentist is an hour away from me but I will continue to go out of my way to go bc of the kindness received.

My experience was not good. One of the teeth that was fixed has a dark spot in the filling and it is a front tooth! It also is very rough and when I floss on the sides of it, it literally shreds the dental floss. The very end of the filling also protrudes out a little at the tip. This work was very shoddy! The numbing stuff on the cotton swab is very bitter and a lot was used. I was literally gagging on it while they were trying to fill my tooth. No one offered me to rinse my mouth even though they had to keep stopping because the taste was gagging me. Even after they were done, I had to go to use the restroom to rinse the taste out of my mouth. The dentist had absolutely no bedside manners, which I wouldn't care about if she did a good job, but she didn't. Now I have to go somewhere else to get the messed up work repaired.

I had some fillings done. The dentist that done my top fillings was great the one that done my bottom fillings was a disaster. She couldn't get me numb and then jabbed me several times with the equipment. I have been in severe pain ever since and it has been over a month. I have gone back 2 times and they have done basically nothing. Now they are saying I need a root canal and referring me put. I don't belive it, I was never in pain before they messed with my teeth. My fillings are rough feeling and I can't even floss now because of the fiings and they removed my silver filling and put in a white one. Why remove a filling that nothing is wrong with. I won't be returning.

I was taken shortly after arriving and my service was very good and thorough. My Dentist and her assistant were very nice and courteous.

Had such a wonderful experience their the staff was super friendly. And they really made me fell comfortable even thou I haven't been to a dentist in such a long time they really knew how to make me comfortable

They are very friendly and helpful with making sure you have the proper care. They do all they can to mske sure you get what you need. We all hate going to the dentist but they make it alot more enjoyable.
