Went in for my cleaning appointment today and I had a wonderful experience. The manager is so sweet and friendly. I was greeted at the front desk with a smile and Ethan did an amazing job with my cleaning. I felt little to no discomfort, he was very careful and took his time. I was a bit nervous at first but just by talking to him I knew I was in great hands. My mouth feels amazing and clean. Ethan also showed me how to properly brush, floss and care for my teeth so as to prevent buildup from happening again. 10000/10 would definitely recommend

sitting in a packed waiting room. appointment was 55 minutes ago, still waiting. Update: 55 minutes extended to over an hour. took x-rays then put me back in the waiting room because no rooms available. decided to leave. Over heard a woman ask how much longer & was told 90 minutes!!!! expecting people to wait so long & not even let them know when they arrive about the delay. But I guess you think people have all day to sit in waiting rooms. very inconsiderate & unprofessional.

Aspen Dental has a really nice office with a friendly atmosphere. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and on point with their work. Highly recommend!

I am always comfortable going to ASPEN in Riverhead. Everybody is so nice and caring, and there are multiple people to assist when necessary with a procedure. I leave there feeling good and well taken care of. It's a nice clean, fresh space. No one loves going to the dentist but they make it a good experience for you.

Lovely and friendly staff. They were able to facilitate me as a walk-in as I was having severe pain. They were courteous and reassuring and I got my issue sorted.

I will say the staff is trying to help with the lower denture that doesn't fit quite right yet but its getting there

Excellent service as Alex was a most knowledgeable and experienced technician to work with . Seriously walked into Aspen feeling quite scared and left there showing off one of the biggest smiles I forgot I had !!

I am terrified by the dentist from previous experiences. But this place really helped me feel comfortable. I have never met a friendlier staff. I had a root canal and fillings done. Lina Patino was my dentist and she helped my smile look better. She wants things to look perfect and will do what she can do get there. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is if I didn't have the first appointment then the wait time in the room is much longer.
