My son and I came for an "emergency Wisdom tooth" appt, and I was so pleased with the experience, start to finish. The appt person was lovely, and the girls at the front desk were great too! The "finance girl" was awesome and very helpful!! Very clean. Our new dentists!!

Aspen dental is the worst dental ever, they over charge the Pacients on top of what the insurance pay them plus they did two filling yo me few months ago and I being there few time before they still not good on top of that I had a appointment they canceled it and i still haven't being able to go after few months because they don't have a appointment available so I just left them and I when to woodbine dentist they are really good and they don't over charged me they take what ever my insurance pay them as is supposed to be because Aspen dental are the only one who have changed me extra money for my regular cleaning because no other dentist does that Aspen Dental are extremely expensive and they don't do a good job they are just good over charging.

People very very nice but at end of day I was quoted a price that was outrageous especially when I get reg check ups. And a procedure I don't need. They do try to upsale. I'm still waiting for my money back since I paid 1/2money in cash. I had to ask for a receipt n all I got was I paid 1/2. Not a break down of everything n what each cost. Definitely not affordable. I never had anyone I know just be told everything fine n all u need is a cleaning. Don't waste your money.

I called to see if they would accept my insurance and a young lady that answered said when I come in they'll let me know,I said I want to know now because I don't have cash and my insurance covers all dental ,she was very evasive and wouldn't answer the question,I actually believe they work on commission,I hung up on her because she was so persistent about me making an appointment,she said she called me back because she was concerned about me and just keep the appointment and find out if I'm covered, she also said they have payment plans, very unusual for a dentist establishment to conduct themselves that way ,any legitimate dentistry would tell you if they accept your insurance, it felt like a sales call , please be careful when dealing with this company!!!!!

I had a dental problem well after normal business hours. Aspen Dental answered my phone call at 9:30 p.m. with a live human being on the other end of the phone line, and arranged for me to see the dentist the very next morning. Dr. Burnett and his staff were extremely competent, the office was very clean and modern, and the outcome of the dental procedure was excellent and top quality. The entire experience over several visits was first rate. I highly recommend Dr. Burnett and his outstanding staff!

Great Service! Was able to get an appointment within a few days! Didn't have to wait in waiting area was immediately brought back to see dentist! Explained in destabilize what needed to be done and how it was going to be done! Up to date equipment! Recommend them!

Awesome staff! Beginning to end! I said it before and I'll say it again!!! Great experience especially for someone who has anxiety just getting her teeth cleaned. LOL Everyone is so pleasant, friendly, and always does their extreme best accommodate.

I have enjoyed every visit. The staff in entirety are very professional, more than that they are friendly and encouraging. After 12 years without a dentist I now have a local dentist I can call upon for my dental care. Love them they are GREAT

First visit to Aspen Dental, very impressed by the level of detail, from reception to the Doc, and everything in between. Friendly, professional staff, each of whom explained every step of our appointment.. Took less than an hour and walked out with a comprehensive treatment plan, well done Aspen Dental!

I am very pleased with Aspen Dental. Everyone has been kind and it has been a pleasant experience. I am especially impressed with Tammy my hygienist! She is truly awesome! My mouth was a wreck and I was in an incredible amount of pain when she performed the first half of the scaling procedure that I needed. Unbelievably she was gentle enough that I practically fell asleep in the chair! I'm not exaggerating one iota! Tammy is simply a marvelous professional at what she does! I don't think I have ever been more relaxed in a dentist office than I was the day of my appointment & my mouth showed improvement the same day! That says a ton considering I am almost 60 ! Tammy has a wonderful personality and demeanor mixed with her experience leads me to highly recommend her to everyone! Aspen Dental is much more then I expected! If you have dental needs, don't hesitate, call and make an appointment! You and your mouth will be happy you did!

One of our J1 Students had major tooth pain. We arrived at 1030am, with major tooth issues. Tooth was extracted and Andre was on his way back to work within 2.5 hours!!

They were able to treat my broken tooth but not before performing an examination along with a diagnosis of stage 1 periodontal disease. I also need a crown for the repair of the broken tooth. They also told me I need a filling. We don't have a dental plan (a deliberate choice we made years ago).We were able to cover the $ 3,300 cost with an interest-free 18 month note.

I was able to set up an appointment easily. Once I arrived I was taken to an X-ray room and then quickly taken to an exam room. My problem was resolved quickly. The Dentist was knowledgeable and efficient.
