Hella quick in and out hooked me up with what was needed. Only issue was I was watching some Christmas show on the hallmark channel in October. To make it worse I was getting into it when the hygienist turned it off and put my X-rays on the screen.

I give them a 3 star because the dentist was great..she was caring and very nice. My initial visit was not great..the 2 that did the x-rays were insulting as they looked at the results...said "OH MY GOD", and then said hadd nothing to do with me. When ii spoke with the person about payment arrangements, she was insulting...said."I am surprised you know how to lock your account". Yes, I may be a senior, but I'm not ignorant. I really liked the dental hygienist. I wish I could remember her name. She was kind, and very nice. I had a couple things done that were important to me, but will go elsewhere for the rest that has to be done. Showing respect to your clients could go a long way. Good luck getting good employees!

Horrible experience with this place. Signed up online, late at night, and spoke with a live representative on the phone afterwards. Rep told me I was now a patient, and able to seek EMERGENCY WALK IN CARE as stated on both their building and website. Next morning at the location in Rincon, I was turned away for not being a previous patient. There was no option for walk in, or any sort of emergency service without setting an appointment for more than a month in advance. Even in serious pain I was turned away by their front desk clerk, and told that the office manager would call me to discuss the matter. Never got a call from the office manager. Unhelpful place, terrible front desk. DONT LISTEN TO THEIR ADVERTISING. There isn't any option for emergency or walk in service. I do understand that I am a relatively new patient, however their late night answering service claimed I would be accepted at some point. Side note, for some reason it was a half day at this location. Just because, no reasons stated of course. No weekends open at this location and extensive holiday/closure list. Dont expect good service.

The staff was extremely friendly and displayed great professionalism when seeing my daughter. A clean and comfortable environment to be in. Every question asked was answered without any confusion. I am looking forward to moving my entire family to this office for any further dental needs

I absolutely loved my experience here! It was my first time ever experiencing Aspen Dental and this location definitely gave me a great experience! All the staff members were so nice and friendly and the Doctor herself was so amazing! 10/10 recommended!

Very happy with my results so far. Miss Ebony was my hygienist. Love her. Dr Creech is my dentist! Love her as well!

Terrible, absolutely terrible, I've tried to go there for an emergency twice only to be turned away because they don't have the staff. And when I spoke to somebody I was treated like an inconvenience. I'll never use them ever.

Went in about 2 weeks ago receptionist was pretty nice the lady that checked out my teeth wasn't really gentle at all she was rushing and kinda rude. Her and the lady that did my x-ray were talking about other patients while in the room with me saying the man next door was " deaf as a doornail" which is not only rude but definitely unprofessional! They should be ashamed of themselves for talking about hil that way. The "dentist"to say the least also did a rush job and was also unprofessional whispering behind my back etc. Either way they tried to convince me that I needed for $2000.00 in dental work! Got a second opinion today and most of what they said was a lie! They are definitely money hungry! ....also they may "open at 7am" but they definitely dont answer the phone at that time! Bottom line I will never go back to this office ever again!

As with most businesses after the pandemic, they want customers but they don't have the manpower to serve them efficiently. The service was rushed and I left there with that fluoride stuff hanging off of my lip. I am going to choose another place next time I want my teeth cleaned.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dentist office! From the phone call to get an appointment (I was in horrible pain when I made the call) to everyone I communicated with inside the office! Everyone was so sweet! The examination process was very thorough! I have never experienced the kind of thoroughness at a dentist office in my life! I also was amazed with the price! It was very affordable! I paid almost double at my previous dentist from the town we moved from, for less than service I had at Aspen! Not to mention the service was much quicker, as Apen worked me in, in less than 24 hours after I called! They are top notch in my opinion!
