This office is a rip off. I was charged 2000.00 for cleaning, no whitening was done and since I didn't want to pay 145 00 for a payment plan, they did reduce the amount to 86.00 for 18 months but wasn't able to get a tooth brush that they normally give DON'T GO THERE!!!! BIG RIP OFF AND FALSE ADVERTISING 00

They are simply cool.I have been using mint but that's only a name one visit today to Aspen at Plano road Dallas made the difference.I strongly recommend them.Every single staff was so comforting and they also considered my financial strength yet rendered deserved service thank you guys and see you soon

This is by far the most unprofessional experience I've had when dealing with a dental clinic. I was called around 12:05 today letting me know that they had some appointments cancel and if I could be on my way a doctor would be seeing me. Got there in about 20 minutes since I'm right around the corner. Did my paperwork (on a pad) like that paperless part. And waited there was only one person ahead of me and another guy walked in about 30 minutes later.This is the part where things get unprofessional the person ahead was being seen and then the house boy Dr.Kell came and elected to get the gentle who came in after me and later came to find out that he was very late to his scheduled appointment time. And that doesn't sit well with me because I really felt the house boy Dr.Kell felt and feels that since this establishment is in Richardson then me being a black man was 1. Out of place 2. Didn't matter just because the color of my skin! And sad part is we have the same skin color but I do understand that sometimes then skin you in really ain't the skin you in! So I won't be going to that office until they make some changes and get rid of people like him!

My first visit for a cleaning took a total of 2.5hrs..out of which 2hrs was waiting time in spite of having an appointment. Then when I got antsy and complained about the wait..they rushed me in, apologized and quickly went thru the cleaning. I gave them another try for my wisdom teeth x3 removal. This time went in on time , waited 25 mins for the surgeon ...and then he preps to get me started on the anesthesia; inserts the needle WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES! ...OSHA, OSHA, OSHA (I'm in healthcare) Next, I told them I didn't have a ride and they agreed to set me up with an Uber. After recovering from anesthesia, I realized they kept blowing up my wife's cellphone asking her to come pick me up ..while she was in line to pick up the kids from school!!! Finally, once I've recovered from all the anesthesia wearing off, I realize I didn't get any discharge instructions or post surgical care notes. All I got was a copy of my consents and some gauze for the bleeding. Stay away from this place!

Office staff is friendly , administrative automated business is a rut to deal with , Spent 5000.00 expected more than feeling unimportant or not answering calls while trying to pay a bill. Won't be getting braces , cleanings , or referring whales .

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this dental clinic. They tend to give me the highest prices possible. Also, the hygienist was joking and playing with her assistant during my visit and while taking notes. The male assistant kept turning off the light switch to joke with her like if they were children. I was very disappointed after my visit and decided to change to a different one. Thanks. Thank you for your response, I will for sure make a formal complain. I visited another dentist and they did my regular cleaning without any extra charge because my insurance covers the routine regular cleaning. My new dentist said that that was all I needed. Totally contradicting with what Aspen told me that I needed. Aspen wanted to charge me more than a 1,000 for a deep cleaning out of my pocket (even with my insurance part ) that I did not even needed. Something is really strange. Thanks again.
