Staff is friendly, however there are Couple of things I don't understand. A lot of practices do "deep" prophylaxis always, and in this one you have to pay for Gingival irrigation which is just part of the prophylaxis, separate. It feels like is just for the money. They told me that insurances normally don't cover that part of the prophylaxis, however when I got home I saw that my insurance shows coverage for gingival treatments, so I don't really understand. Also, they prescribed on my treatment a teeth-brush, like for 150 dollars, like really !? Can't you just tell me to get one and not add it in the thing. I'll give them a try on my next appointment and see how they go. Otherwise I might be looking for another dentist next year. Update* After I called to schedule for the prophylaxis they said they have to do the other treatment first, that apparently they said is not covered by my insurance. The person which I talked to called Tracy, was rude, and definitely not a someone that knows how to work with people. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this practice ever. Don't waste your time.

I'm so glad to interact with the full-time office manager, Sherry, who was able to quickly resolve any issue I may have had. Dr. Gil is an excellent and caring dentist. His questions and concerns are apparent. He strives for excellence and it is apparent to any patient who has been under his care. The technicians and support staff are always pleasant. Thank you for your care.

Went to this dentist to have cavities filled and yearly exam. I was told I would see the hygienist and the doctor. I never seen the hygienist I had x-rays done and had the dentist tell me the same stuff I already knew. He wanted me to go see other specialist but still never addressed my issue (cavities filled). I don't mind seeing the other specialist but I would like done what I'm asking for whether it's thru my insurance or I pay out of pocket. I'm still waiting for a call back for my next appointment. Such a disappointment..

Wanting a cleaning but had to do all this other stuff as a "new Patient" Recommendation cost $360. I didn't ask for them they just charged me. Never got the cleaning had to schedule for a different day. Felt like I was scammed. No explanation as to why just "oh you have a 7 in the back teeth we need to put antibiotics in and do a deep cleaning" I just had my teeth cleaned 7 months ago and got a gold star for how good my teeth were, here, my teeth had issues. Only reason we are here is because our old dentist retired and we haven't been able to find a new one. Also a 2.5 hour visit! My regular dentist was 15 minutes at most. Ill get the cleaning then we will be looking for a new place.

Always friendly and efficient. But I do feel that there way of confirming appt. needs to be updated if I confirm I will be there via a computer verification and you can't get a hold of me the day prior my appt should not be canceled. Other then that I think the facility is clean and services are excellent

These people doesn't respect value of your time. You have to wait outside more than 30 minutes even before reaching schedule time, and surprisingly it doesn't include another 30-40 additional waiting time for doctors inside.

They were super amazing they got me right in after calling them and telling them I have a bad toothache the Dr was super amazing!!! Definitely love the staff here!!!

Went in as a walk in with an emergency and they were extremely friendly and were able to get me to be seen even being late in the day.

I used to have a very negative opinion on this place in the past. But with few options to choose from to provide me both affordability and ease I gave Aspen another shot. And I am so glad I did. Unlike the past, setting up an appointment was super easy and the lady at the counter had my information all ready to go when I went inside. Got my exam, was told what I would need done, 2 weeks later I've got my bad teeth extracted and partials put in. I feel so much better and so glad it was a super easy process. Thank you so much Aspen. You've much improved

Super organised, very sweet staff and they're very patient even I asked a ton of questions. Receptionists & check out people are amazing. This is BEST dental facility I've been to so far. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great Experience - Erin at reception was excellent, she really helped find the right plan for me, and made me feel comfortable with moving forward on my dental work/procedures. I recommend! :)

How terrible! Been waiting for months now for them to send a referral. They sent me to an endodontist when it was unnecessary.Made me pay upfront for the appointment. When they refer you to see another specialist they do not have one and take forever to send to another dentist. I only used them as I had no insurance at the time and had a mouth infection.

I had an extremely painful and infected wisdom tooth and needed it out immediately. I had no appointment and it was a Monday morning! From the moment I called asking for help, I was treated like family. Compassionate and empathic staff, I felt welcomed and safe. Within minutes of arriving I was being assessed and made comfortable. They were able to remove the tooth and source of infection and also educate me on how to treat myself during the healing process. This is how healthcare should work!

If I could give them 0 stars for their "service" I would! My wife on 11/15/2021 called and scheduled in appointment for an abscess in her mouth that she needed attention on after going to Emergencare on the Saturday prior. They said and scheduled her for a 3:15 appointment. The day of the appointment 11/16/2021 she got a text message stating that the appointment was not a valid appointment slot. As well my wife is pregnant and with an infection wasting someone's time as a business isn't a good practice. I called Aspen and they said it was a call center that made the appointment, well if something doesn't work you shouldn't keep using it! To falsely schedule someone who's undergoing immense pain is disgusting! I also reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau!

Aspens dental office in Rensselaer was a life saver for me. I had an emergency dental issue and.in one day got more help than a dentist i was going to. They will also work with those of us from modest backgrounds who can not afford some of the top end things. I would love implants, but I can not afford them. They still treat you fair, kind, and compassionately. First advantages loss is Aspens gain. My family who have much better teeth than me are going to switch with me. When do you need someone to show care and concern, at scheduled times is nice, but how well they took care of me in my time of need will be something I always talk highly of. The entire team at this facility is great, and I now plan to get a lot of work done. Thank you so much Gordon
