Had a great visit today, Megan the dental hygienist was very thorough. Dr Cheng was able to see me right away.

Professional they were, but the appointment information is questionable, they told me one price per tooth and it was a lot more, I told them no x-rays needed because I know they all need to come out,but they threatened no service without x-rays....

After just three successful visits, my dentures were ready and fit perfectly. Many thanks to the team that helped me with this issue: Dr. Chang, Dr. Marino, Megan, Danuta, and two others whose names I did not get. My apologies to both of them.

I had a tooth removed a few days ago and it was my worst lifetime experience..that dental surgeon has no compassion whatsoever! I was literally bawling in pain (mind you I have a very high pain threshold) and he kept going regardless..I am traumatized..I have other teeth to remove but I would never let him come close to me again.

My initial visit with Aspen dental for a check up as lovely. Booked a cleaning and it was awful. It was definitely one of the most awful and painful cleanings I have ever had. I waited almost 20 minutes after my appointment time before I was able to go back there. Then the dental hygienist, who seemed very young and I wouldn't be surprised if she's fresh out of school, was very rough. So rough that at one point she clearly used the poker and got my gum bad and I screamed OUCH, she just stared at me. Then when it was time to floss, the floss she used wasn't waxed, so she had a hard time flossing my teeth and was very vocal on how awful this was for her saying things like "Jeez, Oh wow, how do you floss like this". I told her I never had a problem with flossing it was because her floss wasn't waxed. Unfortunately, they are the few offices that take my insurance so I will have to go back to them. But I would advise others to look elsewhere if they can. This dental hygienist is awful.

visit went well, would highly recommend. One complaint, went to have a denture repaired, they would have taken an X-Ray if I hadn't refused saying it was not necessary.

Love Aspen Dental in general! Used to go to Brockton when I lived there - now it's North Quincy. North Quincy's Dentist M makes you feel like she's your best friend. Doesn't make you feel like she's your typical "scary" dentist. Actually like going to the dentist for once in my life. Also love their financing program. Claudia is amazing with billing - and did her best to figure out the cheapest option for me with insurance and everything. I'm embarrassed to say I need a lot of work done but having gone to them in the past- the outcome is amazing. Got a couple root canals there and they were great! Have to get wisdom teeth out next week - and I am sure they'll do the best they can. 10/10 recommend. I will keep going to you guys for years to come. Thank you to the whole team for all you guys do !

The Aspen staff are all great. I wasn't looking forward to getting Dentures, but the staff made it easier by explaining everything. Getting my permanent dentures next week... Thanks...

Staffs are nice but forced to have a deep cleaning and adding procedures while you have your mouth open half way thru another procedure when you can't really discuss or obtain more information. Bill then of course comes out so much more. One filling, which wasn't "really showing on xray but I think you need this now" fall of in 6 month. Facility is clean.

Called and explained I need help. Molar broke in half and needed an extraction. Excruciating pain. Gave my whole story. I went through the X-rays and gum scan for free first time visit. Got the explanation on everything I'm doing wrong. Not a feel good moment. Next told I will learn about the plan at the front desk and how I can finance treatments for every three months. Finally the dentist came in and was told that my option is to get a root canal or extraction. They recommend oral surgery not available until next week. I said why did you have me come here? Can you refer me to somewhere? I was told I could go to the front desk and the receptionist could help look at other Aspen offices? I said no and I was upset because of the pain. The dentist simply replied okay have a nice day and walked out of the room. Felt like I was at a car sales lot with pushy sales people. Didn't feel like they could give two sh&&ts about my pain or need for urgent care. I could have or should have gone somewhere else. Another painful sleepless night until I can find a dentist who will care for me in the morning. Beware if your not prepared to sign up for financing and extended long term care!! They are sales people not caring health providers for someone with an urgent need. Won't go back there nor would I recommend Aspin Dental. The tv commercials lied.

I am very skeptical of dentists. I've had more than a few try to tell me I had all these things wrong with my teeth so that I would buy into pricey treatments and accessories. I was also pretty wary of going to a chain dentist, but figured I'd give it a shot since they've been around forever, I was tired of looking for dentists and these guys were right down the street. This place was great. Spotless, including the bathroom, state of the art equipment, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary. They were very transparent about their recommended treatment plan, going through every single step involved, why it was necessary and what the end result would be, and so I feel very confident moving forward with them. They were also really transparent about cost breakdowns, what would be due at each appointment and why, what insurance covered and didn't, as well as payment options. I feel like their bottom line is providing care and reliable service, not their wallet. If you are tired of looking for dentists, and tired of being told you need to have all these pricey treatments that always change depending on who you are talking to, then you should go to this Aspen too (North Quincy MA)
