Had an appointment last week for a check up. An hour before my appointment the office called to see if i was coming. I guess they wanted to leave early. They took 4 bite wings and doctor examined me.They told me I wasn't having a prophy. I felt very rushed. They took me in at 503 and I was sitting in my car by 515. Then today they called me about my appointment tomorrow and said they doubled booked so I couldnt be seen at 12pm and could put me in at 11. Told them ill take it.

Good ideas on how to treat my dental care. Work is first rate

I had a crown pop off. I was able to get a 9:00 am next day appointment at an office 63 miles away (this was the closest office to the campground we were staying in). X-rays taken (why I have no idea) then the Dentist reattached my crown. Out of the office at 10:00 am. 12:30 on my way home I stopped and bought two fried chicken thighs. Second bite and my crown was off again. 35 mile trip back to the office, 2:00 pm I am back in the chair. No Dentist visit. The hygienist mixes a different batch of adhesive. Now it won't come off she notes. Next day ... I purchase a Klondike ... second bite and the crown is off again! By this time I'm in another part of the state ... I filled out their survey but no call back ... I received a bill ... I put the bill with my crown on the dresser. True story.

Had two teeth extracted, after a wk still had pain and soreness and low grade temp. I was told to come in for reevaluate in a wk, no antibiotics ,or other advise given and was told they are very busy. Nice staff but I need a dentist that's not run like McDonald's.

Im not afraid of dentists, but this place has the potential to make you afraid. In the three months since choosing this as my dentists office, I made two appointments and had them postponed on me three times; twice last minute and once without notification. When I finally got in for my cleaning, the technician spent less than twenty minutes actually cleaning, and yet left my mouth in more pain than a cleaning has ever done. Went in for two fillings. The dental assistant who prepped and helped never made eye contact, and treated me more like a piece of meat with teeth attached than a person. while I was there the dentist told me she was going to do a third filling, and drilled all the way down almost to the nerve. When they reached the point past where the novocaine was effective, I made a face, and she stopped and in a very quiet, worried voice, asked for the filling material. Then she started to put an unfamiliar tool in my mouth, and when I tried to speak to ask what it was and what she was doing, she interrupted me to tell me "just a slight pinch..." At the end of the appointment they tried to bill me for over two hundred dollars. When they first made the appointment, they said it would only be sixty, but apparently that molar mold tool they used without getting my informed consent made the cost go up. The woman at the front desk told me a simple filling wasn't covered by my insurance. Couldn't give me a straight answer when I said why - told me at first because they used a composite filling, and then because it was a molar. I called my insurance the next day and they informed me that my insurance covered everything they'd done at 100%. Clearly they just want to bill the individual, because then they can charge more for their procedures. About a month later and that tooth still aches, and I have trouble getting floss in between my teeth in that area, which may cause more trapped debris and more decay.

For anyone who has been victimized by bad "dentists" in the past. The two best words I can give you about my three visits to Aspen Dental in Saratoga are........."NO PAIN!" Even the Dental Assistant had a horror story from a totally different dental office. So, she REALLY understood! If you do feel any pain, they'll fix it so you do not. They listen to you, even if you are nervous babbling. They listen. The only negative I have to report is that I have to pay out of pocket because, unfortunately, even though they advertise low, reasonable rates, Aspen won't take Medicade. Consequently, this last fee was twice what I was prepared to pay. I am one of those people with a chronic disability who are on a low, fixed income and Aspen doesn't take my insurance so, they worked with me. One would think a large company, like Aspen Dental, could successfully lobby for increased payment from NYS. You'd think that the dental health of low income New York State residents was that important to the higher ups of this company that they'd make the effort to include us. You'd think that. But, oh well, my review is of the fabulous staff at the Saratoga Springs office and their excellent compassion, kindness, empathy, competency and professionality. If I had to rate from one to ten, I'd give them each an 11! NO PAIN!

Starting to the lovely girl at the front all the way to the dentist, everyone was AMAZING. I was terrible for my appointment and they made me feel so comfortable. I cannot thank you all enough!

Was informed that they did not have the capability, even when it's 2022, that they couldn't look up my Delta Dental Coverage. Refused my delta dental provided by the Veteran's Affairs. Was a waste of my husband's 2 hour vacation he took the 18th of March by not accepting him when he attempted to go to his appointment. My husband's employer's thought that it was bogus that they can't look up his information and I will not be fooled to think that they can't, because every where I've been, offices have looked up my coverage through my SSN. When I attempted to use my husband's work insurance, 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment was told by April that my appointment was passed and that I couldn't be seen. What happened to the 10 minute grace period? This clinic also had my VA Delta Dental coverage information and did not inform me before hand that they did not accept my dental coverage, thanks for a waste of time. Not veteran friendly, selective customer service. I'm glad I know better.

I have had only good experiences here. They are so kind and they make sure you are okay with each procedure and it's costs before jumping into it. I would recommend aspen to anyone.

Came here out of desperation due to a toothache and because my regular dentist retired. Do not go here, even if it is your only option. All they want is money and upsells. I did get in right away, which in hindsight should have been a warning sign. Instead of addressing the problem I came in for right away, they told me all the "other" things I need besides pulling the wisdom tooth(#1) that was bothering me. I asked if it's infected and needed an antibiotic, and they dentist stated "no". After declining the other services they said I need until a future date, they made me an apt for a tooth extraction for the problem tooth two days after my initial visit. First off, they made me pre-pay for the extraction, which was fine with me. When I was called in and I sat in the chair, my blood pressure was taken and determined to be too high to do the extraction. I was told I needed to be cleared by my regular dr. first before they would proceed. I went to my dr. and my blood pressure was high, set up treatment for that, and told me my problem tooth is very infected and you need antibiotics before that tooth is extracted. In other words, if they pulled this tooth when you were scheduled to, you could have gotten real sick or worse. After numerous attempts by me and my dr.'s office to contact Aspen Dental to clear me for the tooth extraction, with no answers or future apts made, I have found another dentist to help me. I do not even care that I paid for a service that was never rendered. If I could give this "chop shop" a zero stars, I would. P.S. Notice how the generic response to all these negative experience ratings are the same. Calling customer service is not going to do anything. Just take it as a life lesson and don't give this place any business anymore.

Pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of everyone there. Even more pleased by the way they are handling my issues. I need some major work done. They explained my options, went through all the costs and options for me. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental of Queensbury

I went to the Queensbury location, the staff was great the Dentist was horrible, no compassion at all , I was in so much pain, I hadn't slept in days and she wasn't willing help with my pain at all, offered me Ibuprofen which I had been taken for the last few days along with Tylenol and it wasn't touching the pain at all. I left aspen and went to a different dentist and the put me on antibiotics for infection in my tooth which Aspen never even addressed, they just wanted to sell me her most expensive tooth brush ($150.00) and send me home and that type of pain. to me this is unacceptable....... STAY AWAY FROM QUEENSBURY LOCATION

Was at this office at 4,to see about putting a tooth back in my plate, that had fallen out for the second time. Couldn' do it as the Lad Tech. was leaving for the day, when their website said they were open till 6. but the girl said,no they were closing at 5. Also asked about an appt. on friday, but was told they would not be open. However their Website said that they would open on Friday. Very disappointed in this place.Paid alot for my denture to be treated this way. Also live an hour away,so another trip on Monday. Went on Monday, after tooth was replaced, was told I needed a X-ray. I said NO. I put enough money into that place! Spent over $ 2,500. on a bottum denture. They said just wait,he'll be in ,in a second.. I said No and picked up my plate & left.
