Everyone was very nice and very professional. It was my first visit and I was having trouble getting my records sent over from a different dentist and they were patiant with me and helped me through it.

I was impressed with the ease of scheduling and the office staff were very friendly and professional. I've just had my initial visit- no TX yet.

Aspen is HORRIBLE. Went July, 2021 as a new patient using my IBX Insurance/Concordia Choice Plus. The gave me a list of "Service Details" which were proposed to be done with Fee, EIB (Estimated Insurance Benefit), and My cost (Due). Received the "free" x-rays, comprehensive exam, and made an appointment to have my bottom teeth clean (about 8 teeth). Received a bill for my co-payment $137.72 October 6, 2021 (for ALL the work originally proposed on the "Dental Service Detail" (although I only had those 8 bottom teeth cleaned - two of those teeth subsequently broke off!!! I paid my co-pay October 20, 2021. Now I've been getting COLLECTION NOTICES for $733.28!!! ASPEN NEVER FILED A CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND NOW THEY'RE BILLING ME FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT - INCLUDING IGNORING MY $137.72 COPAYMENT (which I didn't owe because most of the work origInally quoted was NEVER DONE). They are INCOMPETENT (break your teeth - not fix them), and they are THIEVES (charge you for services not rendered) and INEPT (don't file the claim with your insurance company). If you want to stay healthy, STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL.

ASPEN DENTAL doctor and staff were excellent. I was seen promptly and my procedure [ extraction ] went quickly with no pain. I have had no post-procedure pain and it has been almost 18 hours. I was able to go back to work immediately.

Had a wonderful first visit. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Looking forward to going back for the plan we came up with for my teeth!

Affordable is definitely not very true if you don't have insurance. I've been dealing with teeth issues for 15 years and I am finally in a position to get something done. Well I thought I was in a position to get things done. I got an estimate of $24,000 for a cleaning some teeth removal and some partials put in. I cant afford that so now back to waiting and being in pain longer.

I haven't been to the dentist in years, due to a bad experience with prior dentist. I was pleased with how well they took care of me. I do need to have a little work done but I was expecting it. Prices were discussed so I know what to expect since my insurance pays a percentage and I pay the remaining balance. Going back in September for a good clean8ng.

BEWARE: I've been here once in Dec 2021. Visit was okay, was just xRays and checking to see what work I would need done. I had great dental insurance at the time. They verified my insurance and said I didn't owe anything else. I never returned since I moved. Now 8 months later, I got a bill in the mail for $233 for this visit?? And it doesn't have my insurance listed at all for it.

I was there 2 weeks ago for a consultation, waited 45 mins past my appt time but still agreed to future services. I should have known not to. At that time I had 2 scheduled appointments for today, one for cleaning, the second for fillings, scheduled an hour apart. I waited, after hour one I asked how long it was going to be, was told 15 more minutes...well 45 mins later (total of 2 hours waiting) I told them I wanted a refund and waited until I got confirmation- but "it won't be right away because corporate has to approve it". The staff "thought" I was already being taken care of and aside from the one assistant, the receptionist and the office manager had no consideration or sympathy for WASTING my time. I took time off of work and two hungry kids to feed at home. If you have all the free time in the world and no where to go, this is the place for you.

I had a horrible day today, after having some dermatological work done, and I stupidly scheduled dentalwork on the same day... I have been to two other Aspen Dental locations; one near home and one near work. When my hygienist left my home location, I tried one near work and had a "typical" dental experience where I felt pressured, pushed, and shoved out the door. I have a lot of trauma surrounding the dentist, and I ended up not attending their follow up. (I also tried to call and cancel and they did not answer their phones). I needed a bunch of peridontal work done ASAP so I snapped up an appointment quick as I could in the Quakertown location. The drive sucked but it was absolutely worth it. My hygienist was Sarah, and she was lovely. I needed some pretty involved work done today and she was so kind. I had some antibiotics done and while she worked, she made me feel comfortable, we laughed, and I felt really confident when I left, albeit *incredibly* sore. She really prioritized my comfort and alleviated a lot of my anxiety by explaining the procedure while she worked. She also let me see instruments before they went into my mouth. She also worked quickly and efficiently! She was also very careful about a sensitive area, which was such a relief, because I have had dental providers stick excavators in this area and press with considerable pressure, after I let them know it was a sore area. (I will be getting it filled soon, $$$ etc) The person who took my financial information was also very lovely. I would recommend Sarah and the Quakertown location overall.

Hello I didn't want to give you no stars because I haven't been in yet. I have had wonderful people try to help me. I am trying to have a front tooth i lost from my denture fixed. You see my husband of 44 years past away last October he was here when the tooth first came out. He was wonderful about it because I was embarrassed not even him has seen me without them. We glued it in. Now he's gone and it took everything to call because the tooth is gone. His birthday is the fourth of July. His first in heaven and our kids are having a party and we want to spread his ashes. I have been wearing a mask everywhere. It is so difficult smiling with our grandbabies, talking with family. I was told to ho as a walking. I went first thing and Quakertown was closed for some reason the woman didn't know about the day before . I sat in the parking lot crying. Today I will not be going to the party. Miss communicating is to blame I know. But yhis is what o thought they didhelped Pete smile again. My live is hard enough and when this happened again I just didn't go out. I have insurance. I know its the weekend and I have no chance of help now. But someone needs to know because this is painful tyo the heart.

They were fast and stuck to the quoted price. Easy to contact/deal with, good follow up, very kind and appropriate care. Def recommend, especially for someone without insurance.

I've shown up to an 8 AM appointment 2 weeks in a row just to have my appointment canceled and have to reschedule. I have 2 root canals with temporary fillings in them. Now I get to go on vacation and will be forced to have to eat soft food or have liquid only because this office can't keep its appointments. NOT HAPPY

Took over an hour to even be seen to then be told they don't have a hygienist. Don't waste your time, go anywhere else.

Do not go here!! They have caused me months of seeing different dentists and lots of money to now see a specialist because of their incompetency to put in two fillings. Not worth it!!

Very prompt on appointment time and listening to my request to just pull painful tooth vs try to charge an arm and a leg.

I wasn't going to review Aspen dental because I seldom give poor reviews. After being badgered half a dozen times within the first week to "leave a review", I now feel compelled to share my experience. If you'd like to writhe in pain, bleed out of your mouth, get x rays for 30 minutes and generally just have a miserable time, go to Aspen Dental.
