Great, experience! First time going here I was amazed the treatment they gave me. Shonda the Xray lady amazing!!! Very professional, Pamela also, very helpful everyone there so nice & welcoming. Glad I made my appointment. Very welcoming everyone there.

I went for mu consultation and was taken in before my appointment time I have a horrible gag reflex and the Dr found a way to get me to take the impressions The staff is amazing explained complete procedure Highly recommend if I could give 6 stars they would have it

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable. Although they don't provide in house payment plans , they were very understanding and empathetic to my situation. The office itself was also a very clean and comfortable environment

I had an emergency i was in so much pain i needed my wisdom tooth extracted and the lady at the front said i wasn't gonna be able to get it extracted that i needed a consultation first and then i would need to make another appointment. I was in so much pain i couldn't wait another day, i could barely even talk and i told her that. Why do you have emergency appointments on the website if you're not gonna treat it as an emergency. Maybe my mistake was that i made an appointment for pain instead of emergency? But i did tell the lady at the front that it was really bad that i couldn't wait. I went to village dental in elk grove and they were able to see me and extract my wisdom tooth same day.

All and all my experience was good. They took a lot of x rays, seemed like 10. The tech, hygienist and dentist are awesome. I was given an exam on my teeth by the dentist and a gum health exam by the hygienist. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, they answered my questions and a care plan was created. Everything they said made sense, it was on the up and up. My only thing was, I've never gone to a dentist and not received a cleaning. I had to schedule that for another day. However I only paid $19 and I know a cleaning costs more than that. So in conclusion, I do recommend Aspen Dental in Mt. Prospect This is where I went.

Very happy with their work, extremely professional, on time, very clean and seem to care about me during my whole time there. I have a lot more work to be done and I'm looking forward to having it done by Dr Atoll as Aspen Dental

First of all, the moment that I stepped inside Pam has a smile and says Hello. I was brought back to the room and Tashanda went through everything with me, she really made me feel at ease and knows so much about dental work and care. I had some major issues with my teeth that I was having three cavities filled and three bad teeth pulled and also impressions for two partials. So Dr.Tolla comes in the room, explains to me how he was going to proceed and again ( yet another person making me feel at ease, comfortable) I just want to add that everything went well. I'm home and surprisingly I feel really good and it's been almost five hours since the surgery. One more thing, when it came time to do my impressions they used this really cool camera device that took pictures of my mouth. State of the art equipment throughout. ASPEN DENTAL IS AWESOME !!!

The staff is super professional, nice, and friendly. Literally, everybody got a genuine smile on their face, so it was very comfortable talking with them (as an introvert, this is very important to me). The rates are highly reasonable and the treatment plan is very flexible. I just had my examination, X-ray, and four fillings done. The procedures were fast, seamless, and more importantly, painless. It's my first time with them and I can see myself coming back.

The entire team I spoke to today were hands down the best group of people I've spoken to in regards to dentistry. The dentist himself made everything make so much sense, he broke down all of the issues I have with my teeth, and they gave me a wonderful print out and spoke with me and guided me through my treatment plan. This was the best experience with a dentist I've ever had, and I'll never go somewhere else again.

I needed an emergency extraction, and other dentists were giving me the runaround. Aspen came through for me, the bad tooth and the pain are gone. Good show.

Rude staff. Tried to slip charges under the table on my bill and I MYSELF HAD TO CATCH IT. The hygienist barely wanted to answer my questions before she sat down again doing nothing like she was doing before I came in. The receptionist was throwing attitude around like it was free. Mind you, they were all on the clock getting paid and still WANTED TO DO NOTHING. Very disappointed in my first ever visit to this trash dental office. Literally a joke, I was the only person there and they still were acting beyond lazy... Bonus fact! After all that, they told me I need to wait an 1+ hour plus just to get my teeth cleaned. What was the point of making an appointment than???

The staff at Aspen in Mount Prospect are extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable about the dental care you need. My experience was pleasant, and I look forward to having them as my dental provider. I'm also excited about spreading the word to family and friends about my new dental home.

Nice low key experience. They are very serious about their work but there was never any pressure to have services done immediately. The financial end of the experience was very professional. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a new dental group.

I had a very good experience with all Aspen dental staffs especially with the dentist and manager. I would recommend for any patient who has no dentist to consult the Aspen dental office as the first choice.

Ripped out more teeth than needed to. Smacked my front teeth hard with the back end of the tool multiple times while trying to yank teeth out. Their favorite saying is "I'm not going to sugar coat it, this is going to hurt". None of the dentures fit. They tried making 4. None fit and I have to start over someplace else. Dentist is rude, front desk clerk rude, assistants untrained and do most of the work on you. Do not change gloves when going room to room and putting hands in mouths. Etc... it's a long horrible experience. Took me over a year to get permanents and as I said they didn't fit and I have to find another place. Just a disgusting rip off of vulnerable elderly people.

Very disappointed with this practice. I requested a regular cleaning before the end of the year. They told me they would only do periodontal maintenance with irrigation and other expensive items that are not covered by insurance, They charged me for the periodontal maintenance in advance and I cancelled the appointment and the office manager promised to refund the advance payment in a couple of days. I do not see the promised refund even after a month. The office manager was rude and unprofessional and their only priority is the profitability.. not the well being of the patient. I ended up going to Palatine dental and though the practice is out of network .. they provided great service and did a thorough cleaning. Aspen Dental tried to rip me off. Ashok Nayak

I want to start this review by stating that I hate going to the dentist period!!! I will do anything to not go. This last year I have had to go for several things and am very glad I picked Aspen Dental. 1. The staff is kind and friendly at all times. Very professional. You get the feeling that they actually want you there and care about the pain you are in. 2. The Drs. are phenomenal. I was told what was needed, and they explained to me why it was needed. Also, all options of treatment were offered to correct the problem(s) , then I choose my path. 3. I do not have insurance, so cost is a big issue with me. At NO time was I made to feel inferior because of this. They worked with what I could afford. 4. All the work they have done on my mouth has been incredible! I had one very minor problem, stopped in without an appointment, and they fixed it ASAP. I wished I would have always had a place like this to go earlier in my life. If so.......my teeth would be so much better, because I would have wanted to go!!!!
