Dr. Rossowgrew up in Okoboji, Iowa and graduated with a B.A. in biology from Wartburg College in 2000. He was the Chairman of theWartburg West Advisory Board and was on theWartburg West Presidents Advisory Council from 2008-2018. He also attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he received numerous awards and was published for his work in geriatric research. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2004 and received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate from the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in 2005 after his residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Practicing in the Navy for three years, Dr. Rossow received many awards including a Navy Achievement Medal for performing over 3,000 procedures while deployed to the Persian Gulf aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise.

Dr. Rossow moved to Colorado in 2007 and has been a member of the Metro Denver Dental Society and Colorado Dental Association since that time. He has served as Chairman of the Colorado Dental Associations New Dentist Committee from 2009-2011 and was awarded Fellowship to the Academy of General Dentistry in 2010. Dr. Rossow has been on the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention Program Committee for three years, where he has served on the RMDCs Leadership Development Committee and Marketing Sub-Committee. He received the MDDS Volunteer of the Year Award in May 2012 and wasthe Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention in January of 2016.

In order to give his patients the highest quality of treatment, he regularly attends continuing education courses with the Colorado Prosthodontic Society, the Denver Implant Study Club, CDA, MDDS, AGD and has also helped to establish the CDA New Dentist Student Club.

Dr. Rossow and his team of skilled professional are thrilled to have Dr. Laura Noce join our Aspen Dental Team. Dr. Laura Noce is a Specialist in Periodontics with over 20 years of clinical experience. She was born in Montreal, Canada and is fluent in English, French and Italian.

She obtained her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Montreal in 1994. She then went on to complete a General Practice Residency with McGill University, at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, where she gained valuable experience in the treatment of medically compromised patients. She then furthered her education in the fields of periodontics and implant dentistry with a 3-year post-graduate program at the University of British Columbia, where she obtained both a Specialty Certificate in Periodontology and a Master of Dental Science. Her specialty program involved advanced training in the fields of dental implants, regenerative therapy, oral plastic surgery as well as surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment. Throughout her studies, Dr. Noce has also been active in research, publishing several articles in the fields of bruxism and biofilms in dentistry.

Over the years, Dr. Noce has been involved in the teaching of her specialty at McGill University and the University of Montreal, at both the graduate and post-graduate levels. She has also been very active in providing continuing education courses on the topics of periodontics and dental implants to her peers. Dr. Noces true passion, however, lies in the clinical practice of periodontology and implant dentistry. She has been in private specialty practice for over 20 years and loves interacting with her patients. She is constantly pursuing additional training, in order to ensure that she is always up to date with the newest technology and developments in the ever-evolving field of dentistry. She offers comprehensive periodontal care and surgical implant treatment to her patients and is proficient in the use of lasers. Dr. Noces patients appreciate her attention to detail, calm demeanor and very gentle touch.

Dr. Noce has recently relocated to Colorado with her husband and three children. She is thoroughly appreciating all the sunshine and enjoying all that nature has to offer here. During her time off, Dr. Noce loves to keep active and spend time with her family, she is an avid cross-fitter and she loves to travel the world.

Dr. Burns grew up in Deerfield, Illinois and graduated with a B.A in biology from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2014. He attended Marquette University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2018, graduating with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Burns then attended one of the nations most prestigious residency programs at The South Texas Veterans Healthcare System where he received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry.

Dr. Burns believes in providing patients with the highest level of care and forging lifelong relationships. His ultimate goal is to not only improve his patients oral health, but also their overall health and quality of life. Dr. Burns is committed to staying on the cutting edge of research and technology. Through his pursuit of knowledge and continuing education, Dr Burns is able to offer much more than general dentistry. He specializes in implant placement and restoration, as well as advanced grafting techniques and periodontal plastic surgery.

Cheri Neal, DDS enjoys being an integral part of not only the oral health of the families in her care, but their overall well-being. She attentively listens to her patients concerns and desired treatment outcome and combined with their needs provides them the highest quality care. She believes that practicing dentistry today is both exciting and rewarding. With the advancements in dental materials and technology available to us as practitioners, we can deliver more predictable, long-lasting, beautiful, and natural smiles. I strive to deliver high quality care for my patients in an environment that is comfortable and a manner that is gentle.

Dr. Neal graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science degree. She moved to Colorado from Nevada with her husband in 1990 to attend the University of Colorado, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Neal opened her own dental office in the Southeast Denver metro area in 1999. After 20 years in business she is pleased to be working alongside the amazing team at Aspen Dental.

Dr. Neal is an associate member of the American Society of Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry. She also regularly participates in a variety of study clubs and continuing education courses on cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, dental sleep medicine, and myofunctional orthodontics utilizing Myobrace appliances. With the innovations taking place in dentistry, Dr. Neal insists on keeping up with state-of-the-art techniques and technologies affecting the dental profession.

Dr. Neal and her husband had the privilege of raising their two sons in Colorado. They love living where there are four mild seasons in the year. As a family, they enjoy camping, hiking, golfing, the museums, and the zoo. They enjoy being involved in their church community as well as participating in other charitable organizations.

Since the age of six, it had been Dr. Neals dream to become a dentist. A healthy smile opens doors! I have had the privilege of seeing the transformation a healthy smile makes. The transformations have been in body, spirit, and mind. The mouth is the gateway to the body. Nutrition, the building blocks of life, is improved for the person whose teeth have been repaired or replaced adding to their overall health and lifespan.
